Very well organised client dinner. Executed to perfection. Shubham & Mahender on bar and floor were exceptionally agile to guests. Keep it up. Food complimented the setting. Everyone went back very happy. It was a successful meet.

I stayed at the Leela for a business trip as it was right across the road from my office. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, the lobby is huge and always has fresh flowers in it, the restaurant is really yummy and very comfortable, staff is lovely, welcoming and helpful. My room was a nice size and had a modern, but traditional feel. The average rating comes from three elements: I was travelling for business and two nights during the week there were REALLY loud parties, it didn't matter where I was in the hotel, I could hear the music. Not great for sleeping off jet lag before meetings. Second, the wifi was terrible, it was impossible for me to remote into my office, so working from the hotel was out of the question and led to unnecessary late nights in the office. Finally, I wanted to get a massage at the spa, which was also beautiful, but it was really hard to make an appointment, the prices were super high (compared to my experience at other Delhi hotel spas, and the staff spent a considerable amount of time trying to upsell me to another treatment, not exactly relaxing. Despite it's elegance and beauty, I wouldn't stay here again for work travel.

Visited and stayed here multiple times due to work. 1-was given a room on 4th floor 438.the moment I stepped in,the whole room Smelt overwhelmingly of Jasmine flowers. A slight fragrance of Jasmine is nice, but a room smelling like a pail of jasmine freshener is nauseous and I'd dare say poisonous if prolonged inhalation. 2-called guest svcs and they sent a housekeeper up.The housekeeper explained that just switch the aircon to vent it should clear in a few minutes.that was around 0500am it's still smelt like a pail of air freshener was poured into the floor. 3-so after tossing and turning from 11pm to 5am,had to call guest svcs to ask for a chg of room. 4-Guest svc did well by giving me another room.5 stars for that. But a room smelling like that shouldn't even be given out to guest! And deprived me of 6hrs of sleep! 5-Lastly ordered room svc before checking out, chicken Caesar salad & wild mushroom Soup with truffle. The grilled chicken career was good, but pls dun ever order the wild mushroom soup with truffle!! At 675 rupees,It's just a very Salty and watery mushroom soup(like out of a can!) and not even a whiff of truffle Nor bits of mushroom!Customers deserve better for that kinda price. 6-when I feed backed to a lady Sangeeta at front desk during check out,to just fwd the comments to the kitchen. She simply just shrugged it off.!not a word of apology or acknowledgement that she will let the kitchen know about the quality.Poor customer svc handling/training!

The hotel and room were beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, however, the stay was spoiled by the pool being closed for the entire week due to a large event taking place at the hotel. there was no notification regarding this before I arrived, nothing on check-in and I only realised when I spotted a piece of paper left on the desk in the room. The hotel had arranged for guests to use the pool at the 'nearby' Radisson Blu hotel and provided a free car service to and from there. Only issue was traffic, which was horrendous on a number of days, and being left stranded at the Radisson for over 30 minutes because our car was late leaving the Leela. Another gripe was when I was woken at 3:30 am due to what sounded like a flat pack furniture building party! Turned out to be the hotel staff building booths for the event, just 2 floors below my bedroom. I called down to reception who managed to get the hammering stopped until 6:30 when it started up again and continued all day.

Have visited many places and this is the best hotel I have ever visited. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed. Reception v helpful. Bar staff polite. Had breakfast. Lots of choice. Dosas are amazing. Ate in the Indian restaurant. Food was fab. Landed as Holi festival took place. Decor was stunning as a result. Would love to come back as leisure.
