We’ve all had service that feels good, but Hrithik is the real deal.It’s rare to find someone who can understand so perfectly—knowing exactly when to step in with a recommendation and when to give us our space. Pathetic direct booking experience
Had a pathetic and extremely unprofessional booking experience with Leela Ambience Gurugram. Their email response time even during business hours is unreasonably high (18hrs in the availability response and no response on reservation request, Mr. Ashish Lodhi). They put you on hold for like 10mins without having the courtesy to checkin on the call (Mr. Mukul Shukla) post which rates already offered on email were declined. I was travelling for work and had an infant travelling with me so i preferred them for vicinity to office and due to their tardy behaviour for which they wasted hours/days for getting confirmations eventually denying to offer their committed rates. I would suggest companies to avoid preferred association with this property to prevent hassle for their employees (already reaching out to my company as well). Avoid direct bookings with this property if you are travelling with infants as they are non-accommodative and do not hold onto their commitments.

Great spread and great staff
Good buffet spread and very service oriented staff. Special mention to Manu, Gaurav, who are both part of their D&I staff and do very well. Other members of the staff are great too. Thanks everyone.
