Great spread and great staff
Good buffet spread and very service oriented staff. Special mention to Manu, Gaurav, who are both part of their D&I staff and do very well. Other members of the staff are great too. Thanks everyone.

One of the best hotels in Delhi
One of the best hotels I have visited in India. Very friendly staff, great rooms and wonderful atmosphere. Location is pretty convenient being next to a nice shopping mall, close to business centres and just 20 minutes out from the airport. I especially liked the view of the rooms facing back.

Very bad, not flexible policies and not customer friendly.
I am having very bad experience with this hotel. They are not flexible in room reservations, not settling the amount back in the event of early check-in. Though i had talked to many staff in charge, no help was provided with not a single option. Really sad to see this compared to other hotel brands
