More than a hotel, a place that feels like family! 🤍
My stay at The Leela Ambience Gurugram was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have ever had. As my husband was busy with work during the day, I spent a lot of time at the hotel myself. Not once did I feel alone. From the very first day, I was surrounded by genuine kindness, warm smiles, and exceptional hospitality. What makes this hotel so special is not only its luxury, but above all the people who work there. A special thank you to Deepali and Ishika, who surprised me with their kindness and thoughtfulness throughout my stay. They made me feel incredibly welcome and created several unforgettable moments, including the opportunity to wear a beautiful sari, a lovely gift box, and other personal surprises. Their genuine care and attention made a lasting impression and turned my stay into something truly special. Another highlight of my stay was the beautiful wellness area and swimming pool. Both were impeccably maintained and provided the perfect place to relax and recharge. I spent many happy hours there and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The room was elegant, spotless, and very comfortable. Throughout the hotel, the service was consistently outstanding. Every team member seemed genuinely happy to help and took pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests. When I arrived, I expected to stay in a beautiful hotel. When I left, I felt like I was saying goodbye to friends. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special. I left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for the kindness and hospitality shown to me. I would gladly return and can wholeheartedly recommend The Leela Ambience Gurugram to anyone visiting Gurugram.

The service at the Leela Ambience was amazing. Le Reve had delicious food and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
