Chef Ravi Sinha is an extremely professional as well as an extremely helpful person who not only curated our menu but also incorporated every small detail of our request and gave us the best food. Poor acidic food
Sat, 13th June _ I was there for a dinner as planned and stepped down after a short walk around in the ambience mall .. had dinner in Diya on which was absolutely pathetic due to poor quality oil used , third class quality oil which was acidic and had pretty bad stomach by the time I reached home .. I was already skeptical coz I checked it before ordering - that what oil are you guys using and had a bad doubt already in mind but had it in hunger, while having it was tasting bad and poisnous. That oil was floating on the curry giving a bad smell ... Where else can we expect good quality food made out good raw material ? ..Very bad experience
