Highly recommended hotel
An excellent hotel with an amazing breakfast choice. Highly recommended. A special shout out to Anil, who took great care of us and luggage, where nothing was too much trouble. With staff like Anil about, it’s clear why The Leela Ambiance is doing fantastic things.

We went to Diya in the Leela hotel for lunch .delicious food outstanding experience very warm staff and everything. We met with Karishma in the Leela she escorted to the all hotel facilities and all very warm very professional behavior. She is very dutyfil.

Rubicon at The Leela Ambience Gurugram was such a lovely experience. The cocktails and mocktails were thoughtfully made, refreshing, and beautifully presented. But what made the evening special was the warmth of the team friendly conversations, genuine smiles, and service that felt personal. A place where the drinks are memorable, but the people make you want to come back.

What I appreciated most was not just the beautiful property or the well-kept rooms, but the little human touches. The staff were warm, approachable, and genuinely attentive. There was a sense that they were paying attention rather than simply following a routine. After a long day, coming back to a place that feels calm and welcoming makes a big difference. The ambience, food, service, and overall comfort came together really well. I’m someone who usually remembers how a place made me feel more than the décor or facilities—and this stay left me with a genuinely good feeling.
