I had a really wonderful experience at The Leela Ambience Gurugram. I visited the pool area, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. Basant and Deepanshu were especially attentive, polite, and professional. They made sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality and attention to detail made my experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their excellent service and would definitely love to visit again. Had an excellent dining experience at Spectra, The Leela Ambience Gurugram. The food was delicious, well-presented, and of exceptional quality. The elegant ambience and attentive hospitality made the overall experience truly enjoyable. A special mention to Karishma, the Lobby Assist, for warmly welcoming us and assisting us with great courtesy and professionalism. Her pleasant and welcoming approach made a wonderful first impression. A memorable experience with excellent food and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Leela! From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional. The hospitality was warm and professional, the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, and the overall ambience was elegant and luxurious. The room was beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable, and every little detail was taken care of. The food was delicious, and the service throughout the stay was outstanding. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail. It truly felt like a premium experience from start to finish.

I Came for the Stay, I Left with a Feeling”
The Leela ambience gurugram, is a beautiful hotel. It's luxurious, elegant and picturesque as one expects from leela hotels, but what I didn't expect was the human touch, it was so warm and comforting that I felt familiar, I felt I belonged here almost. The staff was especially amazing, everyone tried their best to make sure I was feeling comfortable, a staff member named ishika(from guest relation), she was really sweet and helped me sort my stay at the hotel. Thank you leela for this amazing stay! Would love to visit here again
