What a super special hotel - the property is beautifully designed throughout and is spotlessly clean. Rooms are incredibly spacious with all the amenities you could need. The spa rooms are some of the best I have ever seen and create such a relaxing ambience. But what sets the hotel apart is the absolutely impeccable, attentive and friendly service from every single member of staff, unmatched at any hotel I have been to anywhere in the world. Coming back to the hotel each day felt like coming home to a relaxing and peaceful luxury haven. We really enjoyed our meals at Spectra, the spa and pool, and driving around in the lovely hotel cars. Really helpful to be next to Ambience Mall as well, and a fabulous location for the airport and any offices in Cyber City. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for making my two weeks so special, I felt so comfortable and happy and welcome at the hotel.

I stayed at Leela Ambience Hotel during a business trip, and it honestly made my work travel so much easier and more enjoyable. After long meetings, it was nice to come back to such a peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully maintained hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every part of the hotel felt welcoming and well looked after.The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing hospitality. I especially want to thank Zoya for making such a positive difference. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly amazing.Everyone at the hotel was courteous and helpful, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was calm and elegant. Even though I was there for work, the stay felt relaxing and refreshing. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Leela Ambience Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and genuine hospitality

The Leela Ambiance Gurugram is celebrated for its spacious, beautifully appointed rooms that many travelers describe as luxurious and exceptionally clean. Its convenient location near city sights and attractions is a plus for many visitors, though a few mention air quality concerns. Lavish amenities, including a rooftop pool and exceptional dining, contribute to the hotel's luxurious atmosphere. We have our 2 days event in Peral Boll Room and the staff and food was emendus, we appreciate the efforts from the staffs (Manager are Praveen, Upendra, Hrithik and entire banquet team).

The Leela ambience is my finest experience till now. The hospitality of the staff is incredible. Special mention to Miss Deepali Koranga, Guest Relation Associate, who made our stay so memorable and comfortable with her efforts. We were there to celebrate my pregnancy and she made the stay extra special for us with room decorated with balloons, a beautiful cake and she was sweet enough to ask which fruits am allowed to have and send me a fruit basket accordingly with a heart touching note. Also the food is exceptionally amazing. A must visit place to stay.
