Great service
Stayed for two nights and having been before I can say it’s the best hotel experience in Delhi. The staff are exceptionally helpful and nothing is too much for them. Loved breakfast in Qube. The glass cube is lovely and bright which perks you up in the morning. A special than you to Bhuvan who looks after the masala chai station and Jugnu who was lovely and looked after us both days.

COCKROACH IN ROOM
I found a cockroach in my room (photo attached), which was quite shocking. After I reported it, Manager Aryan came up with 2–3 housekeeping staff which felt like a performative inspection rather than a real attempt to address the issue. It seemed more about showing that they were “doing something” than actually fixing a serious hygiene concern. I’ve been staying at this hotel for over 10 years, and the quality is declining in every respect. Since the change in ownership, the standards of service and hygiene appear to have dropped significantly. While Aryan repeatedly said he understood my disappointment, that doesn’t really solve the underlying problem. What made it worse was that after I complained and showed them the cockroach, I was moved to a smaller room. I was told it was better, but I honestly don’t think it was. The manager just kept talking. Very disappointing , don’t stay here until the hotel takes hygiene and guest experience more seriously going forward.

HEAVENLY CHAI!
The property is wonderful! So many highlights, the room, the textiles, the top roof heated pool but he best is the MR. BUHAVN'S MASALA CHAI. Every morning I wake up craving for his wonderful brew! Velvety tea with ginger and cardamon scents and he puts no sugar so you add to your taste! How am I going to cope with the rest of my life without his fantastic chai??? Choukriah! The service at Leela Palace New Delhi was excellent. This is one of my favorite places. One of the staff, Imli, was very professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
