The Leela Palace New Delhi

Leela palace is one very beautiful property. The service is equally good. Every staff was more helpful than the previous one you encounter. I would like to specifically mention a few based on their department. Jai & Jaskirat gave us a tour of the property. Thank you so much you 2 foot the same. Vikas & Bharat made sure our experience in & around the pool was amazing Arvind from Qube was very sweet & accommodating to the needs of my little one. And in Qube I had the best idli I have had in a North Indian restaurant. The rest of the food was amazing too.

A truly memorable stay at The Leela Palace, which made our time in Delhi genuinely special, especially for my father, who was thoroughly spoiled throughout. The breakfast was outstanding & the staff who looked after us were warm, attentive & thoughtful without ever being intrusive. It made all the difference to how relaxed and well cared for we felt during our stay. We also had a superb dinner at Jamavar restaurant, the galuti kebabs in particular were exceptional, easily one of the standout meals of our entire trip to Delhi. The spa itself was beautiful, though the shared steam room & sauna were located within the changing room, which made the space feel more functional than serene - a more dedicated, relaxing setting for these would elevate the experience considerably. There was also no jacuzzi available. At checkout, two items appeared on our bill in error, which the front desk team corrected & apologised for. I’ve been assured that these won’t be charged to the pre authorised credit card, so worth mentioning only for completeness. That aside, this was an excellent stay from start to finish, and The Leela Palace will absolutely be our first choice the next time we're in Delhi. Well done and thank you Preeti and team!

Quite a distinctive place to be at. Had been visiting multiple times. Unbeatable hospitality. Mr. Faisal has been very attentive in detail through out my time spent at megu. Since the ingredients are directly sourced from japan, one can enjoy some unique experience.

Absolutely amazing stay in luxury. Saurav, Vishka and Raj up at the pool especially were so good to me and my mother throughout the whole stay, along with all the other employees, so respectful and caring, also our room service angel Nitesh, who fulfilled every wish before we even knew we had it and would have the room absolutely spotless every day. Would always come back and recommend to anyone else!
