The staff are polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. Coffee quality is consistently high, with well-prepared drinks and a good variety to choose from. Seating is comfortable, and the ambiance allows for conversation without feeling crowded or noisy. Whether you’re meeting clients, working remotely, or simply enjoying a quiet coffee break, Imli stands out as a reliable and pleasant spot. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the Leela Palace Chanakyapuri was beyond special. The F&B team at the Qube was exceptional with their hospitality and dedication. The Manager, Mr. Ankit goes out of his way to ensure the guests feel comfortable and have their needs met. His team is dedicated and always ready to assist. Special mention for Mr. Himanshu, Mr. Akshit, Mr. Deep, and Ms. Neha. The Chai by Mr. Bhuvan was really well blended. To top it all, the food was a winner. Chef Ashmeet Jolly nailed it with his skills. Whether it was Italian, Chinese or local Dilli ka street food, every flavour was well preserved and well served. Thank you for making our stay excellent.

Dear Leela palace team, It is to bring to your knowledge that leela palace was a very known and very professional hotel once upon a time. But now sorry to say at least you people don't answer landlines and connect properly and we never reach the concerned person on a call. I don't understand what best services you people are giving to the guests. Even after we got the duty manager mobile number..nobody responded!! you people have to understand that mostly businessmen choose to stay for the best service, But at least minimum ethics you guys are not following. Despite Leela Palace’s reputation for professionalism, we have found it nearly impossible to reach your team. Our calls to the landline are frequently unanswered or disconnected, and even the Duty Manager has failed to return calls or provide helpful responses. As a hotel that caters to business professionals, the current lack of basic responsiveness is unacceptable Very sorry to write like this but to write this I need to spend my office time and energy. Just understand how patiently I am writing this mail. This mail should reach everyone of you and to better yourself and improve yourself, most importantly .. treat your guests properly and take the payment properly your job will be done. but your service remains in our minds and for next time we will think 100 times to choose Leela palace. We will get rooms everywhere in delhi. Just not Leela palace! Why Leela palace ?? Just question yourself. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the poor level of service and lack of communication we have experienced recently.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived past midnight, they were very attentive to getting us settled. The beds are so comfortable and rooms are very elegant and clean. Laundry service was amazing too. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff incredibly nice, and the food was amazing. Breakfast was by far the best of all our trip here. The spa was very relaxing and open later than most spas. We will definitely return when we are back in Delhi.
