The Leela Palace New Delhi

I recently had breakfast at The Qube, The Leela Palace, and it was truly one of the best breakfast experiences I've had. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options, and every dish was fresh and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Jeewan and OM were incredibly attentive and always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. Their warm, professional service made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention to OM —his soft voice, along with his cheerful nature, added a personal touch to the entire experience. Thank you to the team for making our morning so special.

Excellent service provided by Gaurav. Very considerate for our small children. As he ordered tailor made non-spicy food. He’s an excellent resource and always smiling. Elvis also provided extra help and was very considerate. The food was delicious and scrumptious. We would definitely visit again.

The Leela Hotel, Delhi As my journey continued to Delhi, I chose to stay at The Leela Hotel. Overall, it is a very pleasant property, and most of the employees perform at the level expected of a true five-star hotel. The hotel offers several excellent restaurants, allowing both leisure and business travellers to enjoy a wide variety of dining experiences without leaving the property. Nevertheless, there is an issue that, unfortunately, seems to be increasingly common in many hotels. Too many employees appear to be more focused on their mobile phones than on providing attentive and professional service to their guests. It is disappointing to see how these small devices can negatively affect the quality of service and the attention that guests deserve. Despite this ongoing concern, the hotel remains an enjoyable place to stay and offers a comfortable and refined experience.

Babu is great 😊 service and Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make every part of our stay comfortable and special. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles made us feel at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with elegant interiors, a relaxing atmosphere, and impeccable attention to detail.
