Great experience
Outstanding luxurious hotel. Great gym and spa with many massage options. Very variated and great breakfast. Super friendly and attentive staff. They welcomed us with a nice room tour and welcome necklace. Also gave us a kind fond farewell gift at check out. The decoration of the room is incredible. It has a pool in the rooftop with a view. All in all, a perfect stay that we would 100% recommend

Best Chefs and Service I’ve ever received
Mohd hamza and Jeeto and Sanju made my experience at the buffet truly so special. I’ve never felt so cared for in a restaurant, everyday I went in they knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I’d been looked after. Chef Mohd Hamza kept making me dishes of pasta without me even having to ask, knowing what I was going to ask for. The restaurant truly makes this hotel what it is.

Above and Beyond is an Understatement
The hospitality at Leela Palace is incredible. From the moment we walked in and were greeted, we felt understood and taken care of. We had a long and stressful journey and the team went above and beyond to help us have a smooth transition to our next leg. The concierge team helped acquire medicine we needed while we simply relaxed with food and drink at the restaurant. Ms. Neha was an excellent server, and she was extra patient with our two year old. Mr. Gurdev was not only a professional and personable driver, but when we ran into issues with the language barrier, he stepped in right away. He discussed our needs with the tour operator and when a resolution couldn’t be reached, he took their number and coordinated with them directly for the next few hours while we waited. It honestly felt like Gurdev was family as he looked out for us and made us feel at ease. If you are looking for a luxurious, stress-free, and hospitable stay, I can’t recommend Leela Palace enough.

Excellent services and hotel. Acceptable cuisine for Europe guys!))) don’t know what and how I have add more symbol, but TripAdvisor not good app!))
