The Leela Palace New Delhi

The Leela Palace New Delhi is a splendid and beautifully appointed hotel. The room was excellent, the public areas are impressive, and the facilities—including the wonderful spa and rooftop pool—make it a very enjoyable place to stay. I also particularly enjoyed the bar at the Italian restaurant and the bar on the lobby level, with perfect lighting and music. The team members were exceptionally warm, friendly and always greeted us with a genuine smile. She Manager at the breakfast venue especially was very friendly and charming. However, the service was not always as effective as the quality of the hotel itself. Some challenging points entered around supervision and listening, engaging with guests. For example, pre-arrival requests were completely overlooked despite having been received in detail by email many days in advance from my office, plus some service issues. If the management would like to get in touch with me, I would be delighted to give some additional feedback to assist them with feedback that can easily incorporated into the training. . Among the hotels we visited during this trip—such as the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok and Rosewood Beijing—the Leela Palace was perhaps the most beautiful property, but also the one with the most service issues, falling behind the other two considerably. That said, these matters should be easy to address with closer supervision and training. They would certainly not prevent us from returning, particularly because the employees were so genuinely kind, welcoming and eager to help. A great hotel! Overall, a truly lovely hotel with an excellent product and enormous potential to deliver an outstanding experience once the service becomes more consistent.

Great ambience. The food was absolutely delicious as well. Loved the way Arin and Him made sure that we had the best of the experience.

Amazing atmosphere. I’m so satisfied with the hospitality especially given by Shobhit. He served us and also made my mom’s day by providing a dessert as it was her birthday.

Very good treatment , beautiful place, friendly and very respectful staff , Vikas is very friendly and A very responsible person, takes very Good care of every client very well, soft spoken, and always alert on his job, , I think shyla (manipur) was the name of deep tissue massage person, she is really Good at what she does..I travel a lot world wide so far one of the best experiences
