One of the best services I have received. Luxurious feel however it was a shame I was unable to explore the whole hotel as I was on a Business trip. As I was a GHA member, received a Upgrade on a complimentary which was a nice touch. From my check in to check out impeccable service.

We have just completed a 3 week tour of India which started at the Leela Palace for 3 nights. It was a luxurious and lovely introduction to India. Over the next 3 weeks we didn't stay anywhere quite so luxurious. It was lovely. We couldn't find fault with it and would recommend it. It is a little expensive and it does take itself a little too seriously but that's its only real faults and they are minor. I would say to avoid the Indian restaurant (Jamavar) as we did not enjoy our food there at all. I ordered a starter of chicken kebabs and my wife ordered a starter of lamb, the amounts were very large but the waiter then proceeded (without asking) to give my wife half of my portion and me half of my wife's portion. In the end the lamb meat was fairly tasteless (although the sauce was very spicy) and the chicken kebabs were extremely tasteless. The chef can obviously cook because when he realised we had not enjoyed the starter at all he bought out out a nice piece of chicken and some dahl which was his speciality (both were delicious) but that was all a bit late. Overall it was not a great introduction to the cuisine of India and probably our worst meal of the entire 3 weeks.

Stayed here for 2 nights, was a great stay! Firstly we were greated by Vandana at the lobby with a smile and a very cheerful attitude! Later on after checking in, we went to the pool and had some drinks there, the staff there was really attentive and looked after us really well. Next day we booked in a couple's package at the ESPA, I would highly recommend this experience!! very relaxing! Look for Ruhi! Overall a great stay, everyone here is very helpful! and the place is amazing! (Managers in Qube need to smile more)

this is one of the best hotels with excellent customer care and facilities. This is a palace, of course. The rooms are luxurious. The staff from reception to rooms service, all are equally the best. The cube restaurant is the best. it offers range of nice dishes.

We had the Royal Club Room with complimentary airport transfers. We were delayed in arriving but the limousine service greeted us with a smile. The room was lavishly appointed and very spacious. Excellent complimentary food and beverage throughout the day. A special thanks to Malvika who gave us wonderful advise on how to see all the sights that Delhi had to offer over our wonderful stay.
