An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Indian Hospitality

We stayed at The Leela Palace New Delhi for four nights during our visit from Japan, and our experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were deeply impressed by the warm and thoughtful hospitality. What stood out most was that this spirit of hospitality was not limited to just a few members of staff — it seemed to be shared by everyone throughout the hotel. We always felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease during our stay. The hotel itself is magnificent, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. We especially loved the beautiful fresh flower arrangements displayed throughout the hotel. There were so many of them, always perfectly arranged and kept fresh, adding an extra sense of elegance and luxury to the atmosphere. Every morning, we particularly looked forward to the wonderful chai prepared for us by Bhuvan. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Bhuvan, for making our breakfasts so special. We also enjoyed both the Ayurvedic treatment and the yoga sessions. The quality of both was excellent, and we found them deeply relaxing and very satisfying. They added something truly special to our stay in India. As visitors from Japan, feeling comfortable and secure while traveling is very important to us, and at The Leela Palace New Delhi we were able to relax and enjoy our entire stay with complete peace of mind. The beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, and genuine warmth of the people made our four nights here truly memorable. We would definitely love to return to The Leela Palace New Delhi on our next visit to India. We hope to see everyone again — and, of course, to enjoy Bhuvan's wonderful chai once more! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and unforgettable.
