We recently visited The Leela Palace to celebrate our parents’ anniversary, along with their office team from QUBE- and it turned out to be an absolutely memorable experience. The hospitality was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with warmth and attention to detail. What stood out most was how thoughtfully the team took care of our entire family, especially the children—their food preferences were managed so well without us having to follow up repeatedly. A special highlight was the anniversary celebration itself. Without us even having to emphasize it, the team ensured everything was beautifully arranged. The cake and the personal touch in the way the staff—especially Shobhit—and Jay Aditya came forward to wish our parents made the moment feel incredibly special and heartfelt. It wasn’t just service—it was genuine care and thoughtfulness that made the evening unforgettable. We truly had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.
