We had a great time here and both Rik and Pratishta were so kind and did an excellent job in the breakfast room. They were amazing and great ambassadors of the Hotel and their respective Indian regions where they come from. Thank you again !!!

Magical experience at a unique hotel, old school luxury and excellent staff. Definitely a keeper! Book a city tour with a driver from the hotel - I warmly recommend Kranti. He's generous with his knowledge, patient on the road (much needed!) and very courteous. Thank you, Leela and thank you, Kranti!

Amazing experience , I generally stay at the Leela , this time only came for dinner - Jai the butler was Fab he assisted me with the dinner from Megu with exceptional service along with Ankit the sever and chef Shubham from Megu :) Always happy to be here 11/10

There’s something incredibly rare about a place that can make you feel instantly at home, especially halfway across the world, but that’s exactly what this hotel delivers. It genuinely feels like my second home in India. The level of service here is unlike anything I’ve experienced anywhere else. It’s not just luxury—it’s warmth, attention to detail, and a level of care that feels deeply personal. Every interaction is filled with sincerity. A special thank you to Preeti, the General Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in every corner of the hotel. To Zou, the butler, who goes above and beyond in a way that feels effortless. And to Vikash at the rooftop pool, who brings such a great energy and attentiveness to every visit. These are the people who turn an incredible hotel into an unforgettable experience. Everyone—from front of house to housekeeping—carries themselves with such genuine respect and kindness. It’s rare, and it’s powerful. I honestly never want to leave. If you’re considering staying here, don’t think twice. This isn’t just one of the best hotels in New Delhi—it’s one of the best in the world.
