The Leela Palace New Delhi

My husband and I had an excellent, comfortable stay at Leela. The ambience, food and the service are top quality. We had minor hiccups with overnight noise issues, however, the staff were prompt to address our concerns and resolve the situation for us. Leela's staff are fantastic and looked after us. Particular thanks to Gourav and Pratisha. A very special shout out to Rik and thank you for the sweet farewell. Excellent work Rik 👍🙏

I went to Leela Palace,Delhi on the 28th of June..their Staff Chun was one of the kindnest soul i had encountered in the hotel…thank you for the amazing service, when i had gone there it was rush hour but she made sure i that i get my coffee ..working in the lobby isn’t an easy task that anyone could.. such a tiny girl working her ass off , attending guest one after the other..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to all the hardworking people 😊

A great stay and the highlight was the private cooking class. Chef Rana went above and beyond, answering all of my questions and ensuring I was enjoying myself. This is an experience I will cherish and take home for me. And when I make these dishes at home, if they are even half as good as the dishes tasted today I will be thrilled. My only concern is that after I post this wonderful experience on TripAdvisor, so many guests will want to participate in a cooking class that Chef Rana will become a full time culinary instructor. Also, thank you to Chef Jolly and Mr. Deepanshu for your warm hospitality.

My heartfelt thanks to Mr sumit anand , even after being out on vacation he personally took care of arranging everything and helped us with the reservation and stay as per our liking . Gm Preeti makhija Ji , for her warm welcome and always taking care ...despite a 1000 other things I am sure , she personally takes care. Special mention for chef Rahul for helping curating out meal to our preference and delivering it to our liking. Mr Rohit the bartender at the royal club lounge is amazing at his job and makes us feel like home :) ms diksha and ms divya and mr ankit and ms saumya, for being the most courteous hosts When it comes to hospitality , its hard to beat Leela .

My stay at The Leela Palace New Delhi was truly exceptional and easily one of the finest hotel experiences I have had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the staff throughout the hotel. The restaurant teams deserve special recognition for their personal attentiveness and genuine friendliness. Every interaction felt sincere, and they consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. A special thank you to Mr. Himanshu Sharma and his great team, not forgetting Mr. Bhuvan’s special masala chai, Mr. Rana’s delicious dishes and Babu’s warmth and kindness. The hotel itself is magnificent. The building is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, with a warm and luxurious ambience that immediately makes you feel at home. The location is excellent, while still providing a sense of tranquillity that is rare in a bustling city like Delhi. The peaceful grounds and stunning courtyard create a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, tastefully furnished, and remarkably quiet. I was particularly impressed by how peaceful the accommodation felt, allowing for a truly restful stay. In my opinion, The Leela Palace stands above many other five-star hotels in Delhi in terms of overall experience, service, and atmosphere. Overall, my stay at The Leela Palace New Delhi was unforgettable. It has become my preferred hotel in Delhi, and I honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else on future visits.
