The Leela Palace New Delhi

As a couple we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leela Palace, New Dehli. Service was impeccable from every single staff member we encountered, throughout our stay. Everyone always greeted us politely with a friendly smile that made us feel special and welcome. From the moment we entered, we were in the lap of luxury, from door service (thanks Ajay & all doormen), to reception (thanks Rudra, Sumit & team), to round the clock suite service (thanks Sanjay & team)…and beyond to every facility in the hotel. A very special shout out to Director Mona Singh who genuinely engaged so warmly, and chatted with us about our stay in India. The fine selection of furniture and art pieces throughout the palace, together with the daily fresh flower arrangements, gave The Leela its distinctive air of grace and elegance. Ambience was well balanced with great energy in public places and quiet comfort in private domains. Such a wonderful treat it was to listen to the musician playing epic cultural music on the flute in the lounge in the morning. Thanks to the wonderful culinarily team at the Qube Restaurant who made our dining experiences so charming and enjoyable…world class, guys, keep it up!

What can I say. This hotel is more like a 6-star hotel. It isn't cheap, in fact it is probably the most expensive in Delhi, but boy being in this hotel is a bit of a special experience. The whole property was kept supremely clean and there was a special 'Leela' scent everywhere you went in the hotel. The rooms were not very big but they were kept in fabulous condition. I did not eat at the hotel and opted to walk 10 mins up the road to Chakanya Mall to try out the food at Le Gourmet which I highly recommend. I had extremely great service there and the food was delicious. I had breakfast each day at this hotel and the buffet breakfast was fantastic with a lot of great options for Westerners. I would say the best thing about this hotel is the service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by one of the managers and I was treated like VIP. The room was ready before check-in time, and everyone treated me like royalty. When I needed to take food away from the buffet breakfast as I didn't have time to sit down due to needing to go on a private tour, the staff at the breakfast room presented me with these amazing Leela-branded plastic boxes, like ice-cream containers that would stay securely shut and had this tab lock so it would only break open when you were ready to eat - something I have never seen before, not even at Oberoi hotels! And a nice sturdy Leela-branded paper bag. Everything about the Leela brand is carefully curated and every staff member delivers their services to you with pride. I can't fault them on service. 10/10. I had not tried the Leela brand until I visited India, but I would definitely go back to Leela hotels wherever it is offered.

The hospitality and the cordial service atmosphere is outstanding, The behavior of the staff is quite impressive. Especially Tanu, Isha , Subodh , Ankit and the Gaurav. We all enjoyed the food and the cozy place of Leela hotel

Very attentive staff who provide excellent service. A true 5 star experience with all the details taken into account to have us feel pampered. The food and drinks were also excellent. We would be very happy to return.

PHENOMENAL!! Every detail in every corner of this establishment has been curated with beauty and comfort as top priority. The staff are so kind and generous. The food is abundant and the whole culinary experience is top tier. Bhuvan will prepare your delicious, fresh masala in The Qube restaurant every morning! We recommend staying on the club level!
