An ideal in room dining experience!

We ordered room service with Leela private dining and had a fantastic meal - all items, ranging from Thai food (green curry), to North Indian (chicken tikka masala, lasooni daal) and more, were done really well and customized as per our preferences. Our server, Prakash was really kind and hospitable as well. Overall, a great experience :)

I just returned from The Leela Palace in exciting New Delhi and am pleased to report that I had a phenomenally positive experience. From the moment you walk through the front doors, you are treated like royalty. The staff cannot do enough for you - they are so accommodating and friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and nicely appointed with coffee, tea etc. Huge gorgeous bathroom. Our "club" floor came with a butler (the amazing Jaskirat) and use of a fabulous refreshment room. The breakfast is an absolutely fantastic culinary experience. So many delicious and fresh choices and great, helpful wait staff. We loved the experienced Chai tea master, Bhuvan. Also we got to use the gym (spacious, modern and clean) and we had excellent massages at the spa (Vinod). The concierge staff is also super helpful. Also, we had a delicious Indian meal at the restaurant in the hotel. I hope to return one day - it was truly a memorable experience.

Arun, Rizwan, Sandeep, Hitesh, and Babu all provided excellent service. They were very attentive to the guests and ensured quick, efficient service throughout. The chefs were also extremely helpful, especially Chef Jolly. The food at The Leela Palace was very tasty as well. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful experience

Arun, Abhishek, Rizwan, and Hitesh from the banquet team are doing an excellent job. They are very supportive, helpful, and provide great service. The entire team is performing really well, and the food is very tasty.
