Perfect service
Honestly the service here is the best you will ever experience in a hotel. It is warm without being obsequious, pragmatic, and attentive. It’s worth staying here just on that count. The rooms are reasonably well appointed. I thought the furnishings a bit dated at first, but came to see them as just classic. The hotel looks modern from the outside, but inside it is quite elegant. I loved lingering in the breakfast area late into the morning catching up on work, looking out the big floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, by the way, exceeded only by the dinner buffet (which was unfortunately not included). The restaurant also does a good lunch and tea and à la carte options at all hours. The only F&B drawback was the coffee. There’s a proper machine in the restaurant, but for some reason it wasn’t in use. I noticed that servers were bringing coffees out from the kitchen where I couldn’t see the machine. But it’s India, so you might be better off with tea anyways. The gym and pools are quite nice, though the indoor pool is too short for proper lap swimming. The spa is amazing. Great massages, and you don’t often struggle to get an appointment. One of the hotel’s signature features is its whole-hotel air filtration. The air wasn’t too bad while I was there, but it was definitely a bonus and in much of the year would be a lifesaver.

Great hotel, friendly staff and second to none in service. Very well appointed room and plenty of food choices. The French cafe downstair is very good.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are clean. Food is good. No noise at night. Watch for the bill. Keep all emails till you check out. overall people were service oriented and polite.

Greatest Hospitality
Probably greatest hospitality you can experience in New Delhi, they have 24 hours food options for guests arriving late in the hotel. Stay is very humble and helpful
