Outstanding service and great location. Very nice rooms and pool. Received outstanding service from junior sous chef, Shivam, every morning during the breakfast buffet. Made our stay at the hotel extra special! Would highly recommend.

Dining was a highlight: 360° and Baoshuan delivered exceptional culinary experiences, each dish precise, elegant, and memorable—easily on par with Michelin-worthy standards. Outstanding service
Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff I encountered in the restaurants and lobby constantly greeted me by my name. Special and memorable service that I sadly rarely normally encounter on my work related trips. My new favourite hotel!
