Wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality
As an Oberoi Select member, I had a very enjoyable stay. The check in experience, spa, Resident Lounge, dining, and room were all excellent. Warm hospitality and attention to detail made the experience truly memorable. Overall, a seamless and highly satisfying stay.

Disappointing experience
Having stayed and visited at Oberoi properties several times over the years, I was disappointed by my recent experience to Oberoi Delhi. While the property itself is beautiful, I have found the hospitality lacking when it comes to accommodating families with young children. We were dining with our 21-month-old son and had requested a baby chair. Unfortunately, it took a considerable amount of time to arrive, making it difficult to keep a toddler seated and engaged. As any parent would understand, young children cannot be expected to sit still for long periods, especially while waiting. What was particularly disappointing was being approached regarding my child's noise and movement. While I understand that other guests deserve a comfortable experience, luxury hospitality should also recognize that families with infants are guests too. A child occasionally laughing, crying, or expressing excitement is a normal part of family travel. I believe there is room for improvement in making the hotel more family-friendly, whether through quicker assistance with child seating, better support for parents, or a more welcoming attitude toward young children. Based on my experiences, I have found other luxury hospitality brands to be more accommodating and family-oriented. I hope Oberoi considers this feedback and enhances its approach to guests travelling with children. Rating: 3/5
