The Oberoi, New Delhi

Our stay at the Oberoi, New Delhi was exceptional in every way. The service is impeccable, delivered by a team that is genuinely warm, engaging and so beautifully trained in the art of hospitality. Every interaction felt personal, effortless and sincere. The food throughout the hotel was stellar, the pool area is gorgeous, and the pool team deserve special mention for being both informative and great fun. The wellness facilities are absolutely to die for, and our room was perfectly appointed: elegant, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. A special thank you to Front Office Manager, Pushkar Walvekar, who was brilliant. As we are continuing our journey through two more Oberoi properties, he proactively suggested improvements to our existing reservations and personally assisted with amendments to our booked rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. He was friendly, professional and everything you could hope for when arriving at a truly world-class hotel. The Oberoi, New Delhi delivers luxury with genuine warmth and grace. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

I recently stayed at The Oberoi, New Delhi on a business trip, and I was overwhelmed by the exceptional level of service. What stood out most was the care and attention the staff devoted to my dietary restrictions. I have celiac disease and must follow a strict gluten-free diet, which can often be challenging when traveling. From the moment I informed the restaurant team, they went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was not only safe but genuinely outstanding. They took great pride in preparing delicious gluten-free versions of local specialties, and were meticulous about avoiding any risk of cross-contamination. It was clear that this was not simply a protocol, but a sincere commitment to guest care. I would especially like to thank Sargun for the extraordinary attention and thoughtfulness throughout my stay. Thanks to this remarkable level of care, what could have been a stressful aspect of travel became a true highlight. I cannot recommend The Oberoi highly enough, including for travelers with dietary restrictions.

Great Hote - Excellent Service - Good Food and the hotel room was excellent The buffet was well spread out. with options that were all so tempting The pool was perfect size. Spa, Gym and Business center was also great

The service was consistently superlative and exceptional in all my stays. The whatsapp chat feature, which gets activated in advance post reservation, is also very useful and extremely responsive. Gestures like daily fruits in room, inclusive soft beverages & snacks are much appreciated. All in all, Hotel Oberoi has raised the bar in a thoughtful classy manner.

This is the best hotel in Delhi. Leaps and bounds above other places. The Taj is in shambles. The staff goes above and beyond, the breakfast buffet is delightful, and the decor is light and elegant. Stay here if you can, you won't regret it!
