As someone who travels extensively around the world, I have come to appreciate that true luxury is not only about beautiful rooms, excellent food, or elegant surroundings—it is also about how a hotel makes you feel. Throughout my stay, every member of the team was consistently kind, generous, professional, and genuinely supportive. I would particularly like to thank Mr. Ajay, Rooms Division Manager, who was exceptionally thoughtful and supportive during my stay. I had absolutely no expectations, yet he went above and beyond to assist me with genuine warmth and care. His professionalism and kindness exemplify the very best of hospitality. What I value most about The Oberoi is its respect for guests’ privacy and personal space. As an international traveller, I occasionally find that service in India can be a little too involved. The Oberoi strikes the perfect balance: attentive without being intrusive, warm without being overbearing, and always available when needed. It delivers the level of discretion and refinement that I associate with the very best international five-star hotels. For me, this is what sets The Oberoi apart and why I continue to regard it as one of the finest luxury hotels in the country. Thank you to Mr. Ajay and the entire team for another wonderful stay.
