Exceptional Service That Goes Above and Beyond
The Oberoi Delhi exemplifies what world-class hospitality should be. When we were accidentally placed on a smoking floor, rather than simply moving us to another room, they proactively upgraded us to a suite—turning a potential inconvenience into a delightful surprise. The breakfast experience alone is worth the stay. The spread is genuinely impressive with something for everyone: traditional Indian options like appams, dosas, and parathas alongside Western favorites including made-to-order omelets, waffles, and pancakes. Everything was fresh and expertly prepared. What really stood out was their attention to families with children. Each of our kids received special cushions and welcome toys—thoughtful touches that showed they genuinely care about making every guest feel special, not just the adults. The Oberoi Delhi doesn't just meet expectations; they anticipate needs and exceed them at every turn. Highly recommended for families and anyone seeking truly exceptional service.

A special place to stay
Hotel facilities were of the highest standard and customer service was excellent. We were felt welcome and made to feel special as soon as we arrived. Guest rooms were spacious and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The Baoshuan restaurant provided a wonderful dinning experience of contemporary Chinese cuisines. Tucked away one level below lounge area we found a special place to enjoy afternoon tea with a varied range of cakes and pasties.
