Top notch service
It was amazing service and attention to detail from start to finish. Ahead of check in really as they reached out on WhatsApp asking about any requests. They had custom pillows with the kids names stitched in, cute soft toys for the kids which immediately made them feel at home. The pool, the spa, the breakfast were all awesome!

Absolutely Perfect.
Absolutely perfect stay. This is truly one of the great hotels in the world. The rooms and luxurious with every detail thought through. The beds, bedding, and pillows all ensure a wonderful sleep. The bathroom in very well designed and the shower is delightful. The spa is very well designed and the new menu of services were excellent. All of the dining venues are excellent - tremendous variety, excellent quality and delightful service. More than any of that, the staff are simply extraordinary. They are kind, proactive, and very skilled at whatever role they play. I look forward to my next visit.

World-Class Hospitality and Unforgettable Dining at The Oberoi
My stay at The Oberoi from August 23rd to 26th, 2026, was absolutely fantastic. From the second I walked in, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every department I interacted with was remarkably friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team, concierge, room service, telephone operators, restaurant team, ground floor dining staff, and pool staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful. Their proactive attitude and attention to detail made my stay effortless and truly memorable. The team here sets the benchmark for exceptional hospitality. I am more than happy to give them a well-deserved 10/10, and I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit!
