excellent tempratutre controlled outdoor pool. Hospitable staff members. the breakfast is good spread. rooftop seating is very nice even though some fog restricted the view.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Delhi. Top marks in every regard. Rooms are generous and luxurious. Very comfortable in every regard. Breakfast is a wonderful spread and the onsite restaurants are exceptionally good. The service is attentive and gracious at every turn. We arranged a driver for a day, which was excellent. The hotel is gorgeous. Do save time to enjoy the many amenities. Perhaps my favourite thing about this hotel was the air quality. Unfortunately Delhi is plagued with terrible pollution (the air outside is not safe, and can make you feel unwell) but the hotel’s filtration system is very good. The cleanest air in Delhi. I appreciated this more than any other aspect of this wonderful hotel. For me the Oberoi Delhi is the only hotel in this city.

The Oberoi Delhi exemplifies what world-class hospitality should be. When we were accidentally placed on a smoking floor, rather than simply moving us to another room, they proactively upgraded us to a suite—turning a potential inconvenience into a delightful surprise. The breakfast experience alone is worth the stay. The spread is genuinely impressive with something for everyone: traditional Indian options like appams, dosas, and parathas alongside Western favorites including made-to-order omelets, waffles, and pancakes. Everything was fresh and expertly prepared. What really stood out was their attention to families with children. Each of our kids received special cushions and welcome toys—thoughtful touches that showed they genuinely care about making every guest feel special, not just the adults. The Oberoi Delhi doesn't just meet expectations; they anticipate needs and exceed them at every turn. Highly recommended for families and anyone seeking truly exceptional service.
