The Oberoi, New Delhi

My wife and I spent three nights at the New Delhi Oberoi at the beginning of our tour (including the cities of Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, & Jodhpur) and two nights at the end of our tour. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Upon arrival at the airport, we were met by a pre-arranged car from the hotel, which was much appreciated after a long journey and a middle-of-the-night arrival. From the moment we entered the hotel we had the sense that we were genuinely welcome. The hotel staff were uniformly terrific. The hotel itself is stunning, and the rooms were both comfortable and functional. The restaurants (360°, Baoshuan, and Dhilli) were all excellent. Don’t miss Baoshuan just because you think you should stick to Indian food while in India; it was fabulous Chinese food. The breakfast at 360°, which includes not only a buffet but a la carte ordering as well, was the best we had in India, and perhaps the best we’ve had anywhere. Knowing that the Oberoi would be waiting for us enhances our desire to return to Delhi, as it was probably the nicest hotel that my wife and I have stayed at.

This hotel has to be 1 of the 3 best hotels we have ever stayed in around the world.Centrally located it is a complete oasis in the mist of a busy noisy city. The service levels we experienced at all touch points was nothing short of outstanding! All credit to the management style that ensured incredible levels of hospitality. Other so called 5 star hotels around the world would do well to visit and see first hand what it means to be a luxury hotel.

Arriving from UK and being greeted like VIP’s was an amazing experience , the staff and managers are an efficient and professional at all levels which creates an atmosphere of “ this is something special “ . All advice received and recommendations were appropriate and added to our experience , and you will struggle to find a nicer hotel anywhere it was a fantastic stay , thank you oberoi Delhi

Excellent All round Experience improved than the earlier experiences. Great Hospitality, Excellent Food and available till late hours, Great view from the Room of the Humayun's TOMB and peaceful atmosphere all around. Beautiful view of the Delhi Golf Course from the Room. Excellent Location.

I always stay at this hotel whenever in Delhi and it never disappoints. The service is always excellent, warm and attentive. The food is fantastic, the spa is one of the best in the city, and the hotel provides a nice oasis in the middle of Delhi's hustle and bustle. Highly recommend!
