Outstanding Service
The Oberoi, New Delhi, was outstanding with providing service and assistance to us prior, during, and after our stay. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They arranged everything for us, our transportation, tours, dinner reservations, etc. They drove us to their sister hotel in Agra to visit the Taj Mahal for two days, and brought us back. Rajveer was our driver for the entire week, and to Agra. He was very professional, helpful, and always on-time. I would highly recommend The Oberoi, New Delhi for your stay in Delhi.

Lack of service
On 7th May I went for swimming in inside pool at 6am ( indoor pool timings are from 6 am onwards) but unfortunately I was made to stand outside till 6:30 am as there was no one to unlock door. It was humiliating and waste of time while standing like an idiot from 6 am to 6:30 am. In past Oberoi was known for its top notch service but it seems today it is loosing its essence.

Fabulous Stay
Stayed in the Oberoi for 4 days and what a delight it was! Staff were brilliant and the whole experience was a pleasure. The check-in welcome was loved by all and the butler service was impeccable. Only challenge is the policy of no children in the rooftop bar after 8pm or allowed in the bar,

amazing hotel! must try the cannoli, staff are efficient, room are top the i pad system makes your life easy when you just lying in bed and control everything from there

The Best Hotel in the World
The service, organization, friendliness, hospitality, and experience was out of the world. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world. This is my favorite.
