Amazing hotel
We recently stayed at Hotel Monteleone to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and were very pleased with our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and our room was beautiful and comfortable. The beds were great, the air conditioner worked really well, and the nightly turndown service was a lovely touch. The only negative was the Carousel Bar. We were never able to get a seat during our stay. People were waiting as early as 10:15 in the morning for it to open. The hotel even gave us drink passes since we were celebrating our anniversary, which was very thoughtful, but every time we walked past the bar it was extremely busy. It would be nice if the hotel reserved some time or seating for hotel guests. I had read that guests in suites might be able to access the bar early, but we were told that the only early access option was a $100 per person cocktail experience. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay. The friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort of the room, and wonderful service made it a very special place to celebrate our anniversary.

Another great stay at the Hotel Monteleone! Impeccable service and excellent facilities! When we plan to visit New Orleans, we definitely think of this place. Simply second to none!

Everything was Outstanding
What a wonderful experience. Every employee made us feel VIP. Service, cleanliness, amenities and food OUTSTANDING. The decor and history of the hotel are also incredible. One of the best hotels I had the pleasure of experiencing. Criollo Restaurant had a very good breakfast and Carousel Bar was an experience itself with great drinks.

Lives up to the hype
This luxury hotel lives up to the name. Clean, safe, beautiful. The beds are the most comfortable that I have slept in, maybe ever. Best few days of sleep I have had in years! The only thing that was lackluster was the rooftop pool. The day we got there, there was a bandaid in the bottom of it. When we checked back two days later, the bandaid was still floating around the pool, indicating that it was not being cleaned well. We decided not to get in.

The Monteleone is the definitive NOLA experience
Sublime rooms, great breakfast at the restaurant Crillios, and the cocktails at the Carousel are absolutely iconic. The hotel does a terrific job making sure the lobby and public areas are safe and family friendly, good vibes. The Monteleone is THE hotel to stay in the Quarter, it has a wealth of history and is a crown jewel.
