Could not find a better option in NOLA.
Exceptional service - friendly and polite. Perfect location. Great dining and drinking options. Lovely room with comfy pillows and beds. Even though I was right by the elevator it was very quiet (could hear some street noise, but only very muted). Nice bathroom products. Free water available in cartons not bottles (Love that). The best parts of a historic hotel and modern amenities.

The hotel was wonderful! So much history and character. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Earl Perkins in the garage he is so friendly and goes above and beyond!

Shrimp, grits and location!
One of my new favorite luxury hotels - loved our stay. Loved the clean, well-appointed rooms in the new tower. Hotel gym was awesome and loved the ammentities.

Best in New Orleans
The best hotel and location in New Orleans. Purchased the Carousel Bar experience and enjoyed it. The trout ant lunch was incredible. The $1 martini at lunch was awesome. Thoroughly enjoy staying here.

Very enjoyable and relaxing! Khiya was amazing! We loved it!
My friends, my mom, and I had a day pass to use there pool. We had the most amazing server named Khiya! She was so kind, funny, and helpful! We enjoyed every minute of our time! If you go, make sure to find her!
