Everything was Outstanding
What a wonderful experience. Every employee made us feel VIP. Service, cleanliness, amenities and food OUTSTANDING. The decor and history of the hotel are also incredible. One of the best hotels I had the pleasure of experiencing. Criollo Restaurant had a very good breakfast and Carousel Bar was an experience itself with great drinks.

Lives up to the hype
This luxury hotel lives up to the name. Clean, safe, beautiful. The beds are the most comfortable that I have slept in, maybe ever. Best few days of sleep I have had in years! The only thing that was lackluster was the rooftop pool. The day we got there, there was a bandaid in the bottom of it. When we checked back two days later, the bandaid was still floating around the pool, indicating that it was not being cleaned well. We decided not to get in.

The Monteleone is the definitive NOLA experience
Sublime rooms, great breakfast at the restaurant Crillios, and the cocktails at the Carousel are absolutely iconic. The hotel does a terrific job making sure the lobby and public areas are safe and family friendly, good vibes. The Monteleone is THE hotel to stay in the Quarter, it has a wealth of history and is a crown jewel.

This place rivals European high end hotels but with LOVE & soul.
This hotel experience is luxurious from start to finish, but also not "cold" like a lot of high end places & staff. Every employee we interacted with was warm & friendly & helpful! The cleanliness and attention to detail blew me away. 11/10 experience & accommodations!!!
