Stunning hotel with top-tier service & a perfect location. I arrived easily in an uber from the airport & the entrance, the lobby & the carousel bar view were all breathtaking. My hotel room had French aesthetics with an huge window and lots of storage space. The gym was equipped with a variety of equipment, yoga mats, water, chilled towels and even snacks. The rooftop pool had a great temperature and the view was vast & beautiful. There was also so much room to lounge around in the pool rooftop area plus food, a bar & tons of fans spraying mist to cool you off while you’re laying out. The location was extremely walkable to everything, including Burbon Street & Canal Street. The service at this hotel was beyond top-tier. I ran out of time as I was checking out on my last day, so I went to the bathroom near the gym to get ready to go explore the city after I checked out. I ended up finding myself very distraught as the family member I came with abruptly decided to drive home vs. spend the day with me in New Orleans & fly back with me later in the day as planned. I had locked myself out of my phone with a broken lock button & needed to get it fixed before I left to fly home that day. The stressful situation led to me crying since I didn’t want to be alone in the city without my phone, but Khyia saved me! She saw me crying & gave me a hug, a positive & comforting pep talk, helped me get my luggage stored with the concierge, then wrote down her phone number on a piece of paper and gave it to me so I could call her in case I forgot how to get back to the hotel following dropping my phone off to get serviced. She was an absolute angel who was so helpful, so hilarious, gave me the confidence to be able to handle the day & made me want to come back to this hotel! She saved my entire day because I was then able to make my last day in New Orleans a relaxing & wonderful one! Nolan was also extremely helpful & his energy was so awesome. He helped me immensely as I was able to drop more luggage off & grab bags as needed & when I was ready to go to the airport, he helped me get a taxi in less than a 30 seconds! It felt like I was in New York! He even instructed one of the staff members who was putting my luggage in the taxi that he needed to write down the taxi’s name and number along with my name and number in case I forgot anything. How comforting! Benjamin, Jay & the women security officer in the evening were also absolutely wonderful. Any question I had was answered & they were so kind and helpful during my stay. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends & family and I am looking forward to returning to Hotel Monteleone soon ✨

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon! The staff and experience was AMAZING. The services and amenities were top tier.
