Thanks to the wonderful staff, we had another perfect stay at Hotel Monteleone. It started with Diamond, who was very helpful in securing our reservation. And then arriving at Hotel Monteleone is always a pleasure because of Tommy, Townsend, Earl, Carlos, and all the other garage staff. And on this visit, Carlos noticed that I had a tire going flat and repaired it for me. It doesn’t get any better than that. Also, when arriving at the registration desk, a very welcoming staff greeted us, especially Charlinne. She reminded us of the Monteleone receptionist from long ago, who stayed for years and whom we always looked forward to seeing year after year. We wish Charlinne could remain at the Hotel and that she would not have to go back to the Dominican Republic. She is such an asset to the staff. Bellman Nicholas graciously delivered us to one of the new rooms. He was great, as was the new room, which was so beautiful, brightly lit with an amazingly comfortable bed, great water pressure in the bathroom, perfect amenities, and spotlessly cleaned by housekeeping, as was the entire Hotel spotlessly clean. It just couldn’t have been better. Nicholas, Nolan, and all the Bellmen were very pleasant and very helpful. They truly seemed glad we were there. Sorry that we cannot recall all the names, but please know they were all extremely welcoming and helpful. And how could we be without Cedric at the front door? He is a class act. When you see him, you know you have arrived at Hotel Monteleone. We have never, ever had a bad stay at Hotel Monteleone, but this one was exceptional!

The most comfortable bed. I slept later than normal is was so quiet and dark. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The Gumbo shop near by is a great restaurant for authentic food. We went twice

We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and the concierge Joey had the whole itinerary all set up. At check-in we were handed and envelope with the tickets and reservations upon arrival. The events were amazing and the restaurants great! I also want tp mention the F&B director Holli for making us feel at home and like family. My wife looked forward to spending the time with her and the staff every morning. Thanks you for an amazing and memorable experience Dan

The hotel was beautiful with a helpful staff and nice amenities. Lots of old world charm. The rooms are small but lovely. The bar is on the pricier side but has a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if staying in the French Quarter.
