The best hotel staff, most convenient location on the French Quarter. While you're there, visit the Faulkner House book store close by. Great affordable restaurants for breakfast and lunch close by. !

I have stayed at The Monteleone many, many times. It never disappoints. The location is excellent; I love the age and decor of the hotel; the friendliness of the staff. We will stay there again on our next visit.

The Monteleone is a large, fine hotel located in New Orleans' French Quarter. It was rather expensive but not for a four-star hotel in a tourist district. Service was good/rooms clean. For a large group this would be an ideal place to hold a meeting or conference. The food was good but not great. The only downside to the hotel was it had a lot of hustle-bustle but no feeling of charming intimacy.

Great Hotel, great location, excellent staff, excellent customer service - Earl in the valet took care of all my hotel needs. You will enjoy your experience staying at this hotel. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to New Orleans. Easy walking distance to Mr. B's, Bourbon Street, The Ritz, and any other of your favorite venues in the French Quarter.

5 star service and amenities at this French Quarter classic. Details matter to this hotel where the experience is worth the expense. Old world charm meets modern convenience. Have stayed in all of the major hotels in the Quarter...this will be my choice every time
