Great experience started at check in with Chris!! He is so fun, knowlegeable. The hotel and bar are sexy!! The rooms are unique and fabulous. (We had 5 rooms for this trip, so we had a good sample size.) All staff was fabulous. It is out ofvthe fray, but close enough to get in it if you want. Thank you!

Volleyball Tournament requires we stay at hotel to play the tournament. This was far away from the Convention Center and way over priced for the rooms. New Orleans is over taxed and over priced for this dump of a city. Also had to book 3 night when only needed 2. Wish this tournament would choose a different city!

Main reception ok. Staff friendly. Room was horrible, no windows, black carpet that felt alive. Hairs in bed, generally dirty room. Had a random access hatch directly above bed that was covered in black mould

This hotel is a hidden gem just a couple blocks off Canal Street. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel at home from check-in to check-out. Outstanding bartenders willing to share several quality recommendations. Definitely would recommend International House Hotel, and would stay they again!

We stayed overnight here as part of a wider trip that stopped in New Orleans. All of the core things for a hotel were great: The bed was comfortable with clean linens and nice pillows. The room's light hygiene was good. The bathroom was well put together and maintained. The room space was reasonable and it was easy to hang out in it. The hotel is nicely central to New Orleans and a short walk to Bourbon street. This made it easy to do a bit of exploring during our short visit. The valet parking had no issues dealing with our larger truck, although it involved a bit of an up-charge. The hotel bar seemed geared for some quirky drinks which didn't suit our fancy so we passed on spending time there. That said, this is New Orleans and bars are easy to find of all kinds. We'd happily return and stay there.
