Had a fantastic sister weekend in grand style. Outstanding hotel, spacious rooms, kind and professional staff, perfect location, just great in every way. Back home I wake up every day with back pain. At the Windsor Court I slept so beautifully (and it wasn’t the Adelaide Swizzles or the Sazeracs) and for three straight mornings: zero back pain! I hated to leave! I see from previous reviews your hotel has had Simmons Beautyrest mattresses but would love any specifics that could help me purchase one. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family of 4 stayed in 2 premier suites for one night (we all wished we had more time). From the minute we pulled up to the valet, we received top notch service and every need was met. Our luggage was already in our room by the time we finished checking in (and there was no wait to check in)- we couldn't believe it happened that quickly! The food prices in the grab and go cafe are so cheap- we couldn't believe that either. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated, and very quiet. The location can't be beat as you can walk to Jackson Square or Bourbon Street in 10 minutes. And don't miss the Audubon Buttery Garden and Insectarium across Canal Street!

My husband and I were on our way to San Antonio, and had to stop for the crazy ice storm. This really is a lovely hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of. They were operating on a skeleton staff, but you would not know it. The beds and pillows were awesome. The toiletries were amazing. I always pick a hotel based on the tub. We got a suite. The second night of our stay, I tried using the tub, but the tub wouldn’t hold water. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Would I ask more questions about the tub next time? Absolutely.

An excellent space to stay. Room was large and comfortable and every member of the staff we encountered was cheerful, friendly, and willing to help for whatever we needed. Club lounge was especially nice with breakfast, tea, happy hour, and dessert. Outdoor pool was warm enough to enjoy even when it was cold outside.

First time in New Orleans to celebrate our 25th anniversary. As a lover of history enjoyed coming into the hotel through the beautifully decorated courtyard. Doors opened to a somewhat small lobby which was simply a Christmas dream; my pictures do not do it justice. The staff throughout our stay was impeccable. We stayed in a suite at the club level. The Suite: Foyer with a complete wet bar to say welcome! This is southern hospitality. The sitting and dining areas were spacious beautifully decorated, large bedroom with very comfortable bed and plenty of light. The bathroom had two separate large sink areas with plenty of closet space. Gorgeous view of the Mississippi. First day awoke to the soft sound of a brass band. Dining in house: Our reservation included one dinner and daily breakfast. The Club Level dining area was closed for renovation but the area they improvised served a generous buffet, clean with a staff second to none. Breakfast in our suite was very nice. Dinner and breakfast at the Grill Room were visually pleasing and delicious; our congratulations to the chef. Traditional tea looked simply beautiful but no reservation available; don't miss it or the Sunday jazz brunch which I hear is amazing. Location: Excellent. Right across from a very lively casino and near the French quarters. I walked and walked everywhere and love it. Grounds: Lovely city hotel with a very nice pool. Will be back with our daughters.
