Fabulous location and beautiful property. Very spacious rooms and staff which really hopes to make your stay memorable. Great views of activity on the river. Spa is excellent too. Love having the pool deck and the coffee shop addition is a plus.

My wife and I just returned from a short stay at the Windsor in NOLA, and we were extremely pleased. first off, we booked through Amex platinum which is always a great way to go because of the perks, and I must say the Windsor Court followed through on ALL of them. we got to the hotel at 11am and our room was ready. they upgraded us without even reminding them, which all hotels in the program do not necessarily do. the room was a beautiful suite with balcony. we had breakfast at the hotel each morning which was excellent. the Bar was wonderful, each night they had entertainment, which was a nice stop on the way to dinner. staff could not have been nicer, they were all just terrific. bottom line, visit the French quarter, but do not stay there. if you want 5 star accommodations, stay at the Windsor !!!!

Great, locally owned property, not a chain. The building is deceiving: plain 1980s architecture on the outside, but when you walk in, you are transported to a classic English environment. Antique furniture, flowers, piano music, super attentive staff, real artwork on the walls (many original oil paintings). Super convenient to the french quarter and the garden district. The highlight of our stay was the service provided by the folks at the club level lounge. Valerie and Josie were a delight and so knowledgeable about the town. Many great tips and such a fun duo. Josie was at the lounge our first 3 days and we developed a bond with her instantly. Every morning she would ask about our previous day and how her tips worked out, and she would be so excited to hear our stories. Loved her, the hotel and NOLA. Already planning the next visit!

Wow! What a hotel! It is truly full service. Each employee treated us like royalty. They were so friendly and gracious. Our wallet was stolen, and Stephen Haydel at the front desk was a great help to us. Bar service is cozy and perfect. Very nice live music. On one occasion I was not feeling well, and the Grill Room sent up tea, scones and all the wonderful accoutrements! Housekeeping was wonderful as well. Concierge desk went above and beyond to help and never once pandered for a gratuity. This stay was worth every penny!

Stayed two nights here and service was great and rooms were perfect. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. Stayed on upper floors so had very little street noise. The place oozes style and relaxation. Very helpful staff and just a good place to stay and well worth the money.
