We had an incredible 3 night stay at your hotel in November. Despite the fact that the hotel was completely booked on this busy weekend we were never overlooked. The service was phenomenal without exception. We can’t wait to return for another visit.

This was my third stay there, spread over many years. I had a huge suite, felt guilty having so much space to myself. Excellent service, room was always cleaned or turn down service done when I wasn't in my room. Used the complimentary shoe shine twice, had them back within 15 minutes. Nice touch that they fill the ice bucket when doing the turn down. Only complaint was the bathroom could use updating, it would be nice to have a walk in shower instead of a tub/shower combo. Had breakfast twice, both times very good food with excellent service. Perfect location if you're attending a conference as it's only 10 minutes from the convention center of the main part of the Quarter.

This is one of the great hotels in the USA. It is beautifully located beside the French Quarter, near the banks of the Mississippi in downtown New Orleans. The exterior is most impressive, and hotel set in a well-appointed paved courtyard. There is a very large lobby and the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the Convention center and warehouse district. There is a sense of luxury about the rooms, especially if lucky enough to get a suite. Breakfasts were very good and the best cuisine available at Le Crillon, the deluxe restaurant. There is also an art gallery with a fine collection of American and European art. The high-speed Internet is free and a free library of videotaped movies downstairs. There is valet parking and the concierges are knowledgeable and helpful. Most rooms have either a bay window overlooking the Mississippi River or the city skyline or a private balcony.

A classic hotel that recalls the days of high society. The courtyard and large lobby offers a welcome respite from the hectic pace of the Quarter. The hotel is convenient to all the fun things in NOLA and the staff is very attentive

Our daughter goes to school in New Orleans so we had the opportunity to visit 6 times in the past 2 years. This is the 5th time we have stayed at the Windsor Court. The hotel has consistently derived a very high level of service on all of our visits, including one time when they were doing some renovations. The service is great. Dion in reservations is always very helpful. The bellmen are also excellent. The waitstaff at breakfast and hotel bars are beyond friendly. I don’t normally make note of this but go above and beyond. They don’t have too many room variations, but all are large And very comfortable. For some reason our bathroom (this is the first time that happened) did not have an outlet to plug anything in but there is a separate makeup area just outside of the bathroom so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Breakfast and snacks at the Polo Bar are excellent. We have never had lunch or dinner at the hotel but people rave about how good they are. The beautiful Polo Bar is a very comfortable lounge setting. They offer very high quality live music on the weekends, possibly other nights but I’m not sure. Both hotel bars have an excellent/extensive wine lists, including wines by the glass and all are reasonably priced. The sommelier knows his stuff and offers something that I have never seen any other bar/restaurant do. If they have 2 or more bottles of a wine, they will let you order a single glass. This is a real treat for someone who likes to try rare or expensive wine but doesn’t want the whole bottle. They do this without prematurely aging the rest of the bottle by using a new product which I won’t mention, so as not to sound like I am promoting a product. I can go on an on about other things they get right but will probably save for a future review. Thank you for making my family always feel at home when we stay at the Windsor Court. We will see you again soon.
