We stayed here for one night after a cruise. Would recommend for location, cleanliness, and over all quality service. Vincent was welcoming at the front door, concierge was helpful, and front desk accommodating. The room was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable, linens smelled good, shower good pressure and hot. We also stayed a night at the Henry Howard Hotel on the front end of our cruise. They’re comparable in price per night and you get a lot more amenities and better service at the Windsor. We would choose the Windsor again.

The Windsor Court is a class act in all respects. My wife and I have visited many times, and look forward to another return stay next month. All of the public areas ooze sophistication and the rooms are large, comfortable and are a haven to return to, away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. Every staff member is courteous and friendly and always provide a warm welcome. The Club Lounge is amazing, with food and drink offerings all day and has the most wonderful staff looking after you. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This hotel cries out for an overdue remodel not just in its public areas. Front desk was courteous but ineffective. We waited over 4 hours for a room that we booked in advance for early arrival. Truly a management issue! The room (at $900+per night!) never materialized as they were suddenly fully booked due to ( our) conference and after speaking to a supervisor they agreed we should try another hotel. I was late for my meetings but thankfully quickly settled into the 4 Seasons ( great all around!). P.S. The Windsor Court lobby coffee is terrible -watery and tasteless. Don’t waste your time and money here!

My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful hotel Feb. 16th -19th. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our suite was amazing (Queen Suite) and we loved our balcony view. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The entire hotel was really neat! We swam in the pool one night and loved that too. The housekeeping was attentive. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been visiting New Orleans once a year for at least the past ten years and have stayed at about six different hotels. We booked through the American Express Platinum card which included a room upgrade if available, $40 each for breakfast and $100 hotel credit. The hotel was in a very central location and easily walkable to most places. We were given an upgrade to a beautiful and spacious room on the 18th floor. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the elegant classic decor. The omelet at breakfast was absolutely delicious and was able to have as many ingredient choices as we wanted, not just the usual 3 choices. Fresh fruit accompanied the omelet. The beignets were the best we had in New Orleans. Kimble, our server, was the ultimate in professionalism, personality and service. The doormen and staff at reception were very welcoming and aimed to please. The Windsor was a true oasis in New Orleans and would highly recommend. The large bouquet of 12 dozen beautiful roses in the lobby set the tone of elegance.
