We are never disappointed at this hotel. From the moment you arrive till you leave you are surrounded by friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and delicious food and drinks. It is between the Warehouse district and The Quarter so the location is very good and is across from Canal Place Shops and Harrah's Casino if that interest you. The rooms are very spacious and have a balcony. We also enjoy the Polo lounge, which has completed it's renovation and we love dining on the veranda for lunch or brunch. We also lounge around the pool. There is a bar which serves up your favorite cocktail and serves great food. Don't forget to enjoy the Spa, it's one of the best in the city.

this hotel was perfect for our two night stay in NOLA. the staff seemed a little new to their job, but otherwise very welcoming. the rooms were always clean and we were given a complimentary upgrade at check-in which is always a plus for ANY hotel. this hotel is right across street from Harrahs and didn't pose any complaints because of the closeness. When it was so cold we had to uber to most places because this hotel is a bit awaysa from some of the action. on a warm NOLA day, however, it would be a nice walk.

There is no negative about this hotel. I stayed there during 2017 sometime and going again 2 days this week. The restaurant is excellent and the rooms are impeccably maintained. The staff is very courteous and very helpful.

Had a fantastic sister weekend in grand style. Outstanding hotel, spacious rooms, kind and professional staff, perfect location, just great in every way. Back home I wake up every day with back pain. At the Windsor Court I slept so beautifully (and it wasn’t the Adelaide Swizzles or the Sazeracs) and for three straight mornings: zero back pain! I hated to leave! I see from previous reviews your hotel has had Simmons Beautyrest mattresses but would love any specifics that could help me purchase one. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family of 4 stayed in 2 premier suites for one night (we all wished we had more time). From the minute we pulled up to the valet, we received top notch service and every need was met. Our luggage was already in our room by the time we finished checking in (and there was no wait to check in)- we couldn't believe it happened that quickly! The food prices in the grab and go cafe are so cheap- we couldn't believe that either. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated, and very quiet. The location can't be beat as you can walk to Jackson Square or Bourbon Street in 10 minutes. And don't miss the Audubon Buttery Garden and Insectarium across Canal Street!
