Definitely worth the rating in TA as "#1 Best Value of 350 places to stay in New Orleans"! About 30-40 min from MSY via taxi that charges a set rate of $36 for 2 pax...didn't even bother w/ Uber. The taxi line was not that long and by the time Uber arrives you probably would be next in line. Upon check in we were pleasantly complimentary upgraded to the Club guest room for our 3-night stay. The Club is definitely a perk although I'm not sure I would pay the extra $$ for it. But if you do choose the Club floor you will definitely get your money's worth w/ the top notch service and the availability of food/drinks (alcohol included). The food at the Club was VERY FRESH and never picked over. They are always refreshing the food and drinks. It was never too crowded and we always found seating. The Guest room felt like a Jr. Suite so it's true when they say that the Windsor Court has probably the largest standard guest rooms in NOLA. Our bathroom had a walk-in shower with bench and a single sink. The balcony was nice but you can only stand, not enough space for seating. However, the view of the river was fantastic from high up on the 22nd floor. The bed was very comfortable, actually one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Sitting area had a nice sofa and chair so plenty of space to walk about. I cannot say enough about the 5-star service we always received and I do mean ALWAYS from 2x/day housekeeping, Concierge, Jackie @ Front Desk, Club staff, Bellmen, etc. We also used the gym which was perfect for what we needed, enough cardio equipment and limited free weights. The only thing we did not enjoy was our lunch at The Grill Room. My husband and I both tried the Windsor Court Plate lunch and all 4 tastings we chose did not taste fresh and seemed pre-made. But overall, I would definitely return to the Windsor Court w/out hesitation!

Perfect! There’s no better word to describe Windsor Court. I’m a clean freak and so I hate hotels. But there are a few that I can say are as clean as it gets and Windsor Court was one of them. If you are staying in a club-level room, club lounge on 22nd floor is a nice place to spend some time and have a few free snacks/drinks with a gorgeous view. Don’t expect to have all your meals here, of course, but it was more than enough for a quick breakfast before heading to the airport on our last day. We also liked the Polo Club Lounge on 2nd floor, as it was quiet and comfortable. Popcorn-nuts-banana snack they bring with drinks is a nice touch. Service was top notch from front desk to valet. If I ever come back to NOLA, I’m staying here.

We booked an Executive Suite through Inspirato and had a great experience. The suite was spacious. Access to the Executive Lounge offered breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails and evening desserts. We will definitely make a return trip.

This hotel is located close to the French Quarter, very close to the Harrah's Casino, and across the street from Restaurant August. Our room was a suite, with plenty of space in the bedroom, bath, and living room areas. There are USB and power outlets adjacent to both sides of the bed, which is convenient. However, the desk in the LR area has no power, so it's not very suitable for use with a (plugged-in) laptop. There is a dressing area adjacent to the bath with a power outlet, and a large surface suitable for laptop use, but the chair is extremely low, making it a poor choice for working. Housekeeping was very late after the first night of our stay; the front desk insisted that we had requested service after lunch, but that was not true. (They did not ask during the checkin process.) When we left for meetings that morning we reported (two the front desk) that the iron in our room needed to be replaced. Housekeeping did not replace the iron, when they finally arrived between (2 and 3), so another call was required. They also failed to replace the bath mat, having removed the used one. We were on the fifth floor, a lower floor than on my last visit 3 years ago. There was significant traffic noise at that level.

This is our second stay at the Windsor Court. Since our last visit in 2014, the hotel has refreshed its rooms, replacing carpets, painting and other items that had worn. It is a traditionally styled hotel, with English style furnishings and decor. Our room, a ‘deluxe suite’ was located on a club floor and consisted of a nice sized living room and separate bedroom. The bathroom, with new fixtures and the tub removed for a nice-sized shower, was very ample. We found housekeeping to be excellent. Views in New Orleans are not too much of an issue- this is not a particularly lovely city, but it makes up for that deficiency in utter charm. We had a view of the skyline and the copious amount of construction that is happening in New Orleans. Blessedly, however, this hotel is quiet. The club floor gives a guest access to a lounge on the 22nd floor, which provides a comfortable haven, an ample breakfast spread, small sandwiches and drinks in the early afternoon, and wine, beer and nibbles before dinner. This amenity costs extra, but is definitely worth the cost. We had drinks in the Polo bar, and enjoyed the food offered in that location. The staff was uniformly helpful and very, very welcoming. If you want to avoid the craziness of the Quarter with its noise and commotion, this is the place to stay in New Orleans. Nonetheless, it is well located to access the Quarter and many other sites that a visitor would have on their list.
