We just loved to service, style and comfort at Windsor Court! Lots of thoughtful details and beautiful accents. We had a suite with a balcony and enjoyed the space. Pralines at turn-down were a delight for my daughter. She also love little Anglais, the pastry and coffee shop downstairs. Weekends are,a treat with live jazz and high tea. Location is great, quiet and classy with restaurants nearby. Walked to French Quarter with ease. Would love tp stsy again!

This hotel is a beautiful place within walking distance of the Convention Center and the French Quarter. But not in the center of either. It is pricey, but without being pretentious. The entire staff is friendly to a fault and very accommodating. Our suite was both comfortable and well maintained. We had absolutely no complaints. Expect to pay premium prices in the restaurants and lounges. But,as stated, that is expected in this class of hotel. We will return here next time we are in the area.

This was my first stay at this hotel and it's my favorite that I've stayed at in New Orleans (compared to Ritz Carlton and Hotel Monteleone). It's in a quiet spot, but it's less than a five minute walk to the French Quarter and under ten minutes to walk to the business district. The room was very large here and the concierge was very helpful.

Came here for my first trip to New Orleans to celebrate my birthday. If I every return I will absolutely come back to this hotel. We stayed at this hotel at the recommendation of my girlfriend who attended Loyola and only stays at this hotel when she comes. I can see why. We booked this hotel through the American Express hotel collection and when we arrived they treated us like royalty. They offered us a room upgrade and gave us vouchers to use at the hotel for breakfast or at the restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about the room we were given. It was impeccably clean and spacious. We had breakfast delivered to our room each morning and the wait staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating. We used the concierge services extensively to book both tours and restaurant reservations throughout New Orleans and they were absolutely incredible. It was raining during our time there and they had umbrellas for us to use and take away while walking throughout the city. I liked the location because it was close to everything and yet removed enough to not be in the center of the craziness of Bourbon street, etc. I can't say enough good things. I always like to leave one area for improvement, though it is hard to find with this hotel. The one suggestion I would have would be to warn guests that if you move things from the mini bar you will be charged even if you don't consume them so check the bill accordingly. I had taken a bottle or two out of its spot to look at it and even though they were put back we were charged on our bill when checking out and had to have that corrected. Otherwise there are no negatives. Excellent Hotel. Highly Recommended.

A well located hotel which is close to the action but also far enough away from the main drag to make it pleasant. While the hotel offers luxurious amenities, 5 stars may be pushing it - bathrooms lacked magnifying mirrors for make-up, and had no mirrors positioned for a rear view. Carpet and finishes showed wear and tear, and the complimentary robes were not in the best condition. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful (especially the bellman who had towels on hand to dry us off when we returned to the hotel after an unexpected rain storm), but why ask the guest to nominate a service interval for the room if you are going to knock on the door to do the service outside of that time period anyway? The air conditioning in the lobby area also seemed way too cold and was not conducive to sitting down there at all. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.
