My wife and I visited the Windsor Court for our anniversary. We were given a suite apron arrival. Loved everything about the hotel, room, restaurant and bar were all first class. Plan to go back to this hotel the next time I am in New Orleans.

My son is going to Tulane and I have made a point to stay at a different hotel each time I visit him in order to find my favorite. So far, Windsor Court has taken that prize. The rooms are very spacious, great amenities, great service and a wonderful location...close enough to the Quarter so you can easily walk but far enough that you are not in the middle of the madness.

My husband and I always stay at Windsor Court when we go to New Orleans. It never fails to exceed our expectations. This visit we decided to stay on the Club Level and I visited the Spa for the first time. The Club Level is truly a notch above. Open long hours. Quiet space, outdoor space, tables with views. There is an omelet station and a large assortment of breakfast items. In the afternoon they serve their famous tea. At night there are heave hor d'oeuvers followed by a dessert buffet. Nice assortment of newspapers. The Spa was very good - best facial ever! Windsor Court continues to be my choice hotel in New Orleans.

We took a 4-night trip to NOLA to celebrate a birthday and returned to the Windsor Court after about 15 years. It has only gotten better and stands up by all measures to the finest in America and Europe. Our suite was huge and very tastefully decorated, as were all of the public spaces. We enjoyed the Polo Lounge and the Grill for breakfast and dinner. Service was formal but friendly and so refreshing that it seemed to rub off on some of our fellow guests. Every request we had was cheerfully and immediately responded to. What a pleasure! When we were leaving the hotel one of the bell staff sincerely thanked us for our business, and I felt he really meant it. This is truly an outstanding property in a great location.

Windsor Court is about the same level of service and quality as a Ritz, (so below a Mandarin or 4 Seasons). Rooms are nice, but some are a bit tired. Staff is great, and always pleasant. Breakfast is a plus.....have to get their local benedict option. Best thing about the place tho is location. You do not want to stay in the quarter, b/c too much noise and traffic hassle, but you do not want to stay too far from there, because you will want to walk through that area a number of times. Windsor Court is close enough to be convenient but far enough to feel like a break. Better location then Ritz or Roosevelt which are comparables.
