Quite frankly, the style, elegance and atmosphere of the Windsor Court Hotel can not be beat. There are hotels as good but very few that are better. The mechanical detail and comfort of our room was amazing. I would be glad to live hear year around if I could afford it. It would be paradise.

The whole suite was exceptionally clean. Huge shower, large tv, nice sitting area, nice view of the city. And the bed was super soft! One of the comfiest I've slept in at a hotel, it was like sleeping on a cloud.

Probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed and I'm a stickler about noticing small things! Staff is very friendly. Beautiful place! Definitely ask for a room higher up! Our room was low and had views of brick buildings and that's about it.

I stayed at the Windsor Court for 6 nights in June while in NOLA for a training conference. The hotel was amazing! Spacious room, outstanding service, great food and an ideal location - it couldn't have been any better. As a regular visitor to the city, I have stayed at hotels all over the Quarter and CBD but the Windsor is by far the best. My only complaint is the cost for parking. Since there were a couple of places outside of downtown the we wanted to go to during our visit, I rented a car for the week and it was going to be over $40 PER NIGHT to park it at the hotel. I assume they are actively trying to discourage people from bringing cars there. Fortunately, I'm a gambler and knew that I would be walking across the street to make a nightly donation to "Uncle Harrah". So as long as I played for at least 30 minutes each night, I could park for free in the Harrah's garage and that's what I did. Other than the parking, I can't say enough good things about the staff and room at Windsor Court. Their housekeeping staff is some of the best I've encountered anywhere in the world. We were even there as Tropical Storm Cindy was approaching and they were very agreeable to extending our stay if our flight was delayed or cancelled (which didn't happen thank goodness). I highly recommend Windsor Court - just don't bring a car.

If you are looking for an amazing high end experience in New Orleans this is your place! Beautiful first class property with amazing staff. You are welcomed with the warm hospitality the South is famous for. The rooms are spectacular, we were on the 19th with a beautiful view , the suite itself was decorated elegantly and very spacious. We had access to the club lounge, they made us feel right at home, so hospitable and sweet, so much to chose from and they offered us mimosas and bloody Mary's in the am and champagne at night. I will go back to New Orleans just to stay at the beautiful property again! I am going back in September and can't wait!
