This is a most elegant hotel I. A quiet area. It was loud after the Rex Parade as the band's finished nearby, but, hey, it was Mardi Gras. The staff oozed with customer service and plesantness. So glad I finally got to check off another bucket list item.

Really cool hotel with fantastic service and incredible rooms. Location is quiet, yet convenient. Everything felt personal and easy. They just take care of you, and make you feel welcome at every turn. A really great stay.

Elegant, Very Courteous Staff, Very comfortable accommodations...The accolades could go on for quite sometime..:) This wonderful first class Hotel located off the Mississippi River just south of the French Quarter is in one word "enjoyable". We participated on a Float last night for Mardi Gras. Insane exhaustive fun. Came back to our room after midnight...slept like babies in our plush beds. Nothing quite like waking up feeling like we just became "celebrities" even for a short while. Thanks for reading. Avram

Staying at the Windsor Court Hotel has been on my travel "bucket list" for some time and my husband and I recently spent two nights there...it did not disappoint. From the moment we stepped out of our car and were greated by the staff at the door, we were welcomed, assisted and givien impeccably friendly service by everyone we encountered. The hotel is beautiful - feels like a five star hotel in Europe. The room we had was spacious and beautiful - nice sized living area, large bedroom and dressing areas and separate bath/bathroom - almost like a small and well appointed apartment. We spent some time in the bar/lounge of the hotel and enjoyed the beautiful and cozy atmosphere, great cocktails and live music from the baby grand piano. We utilized the expertise of three different concierges who were all most knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good - tucked away on a quieter street about a two block walk from the French Quarter. I had made the comment to my husband that for such an upscale (pricey) hotel, the shower/bath area was rather dated. As we were leaving, the bellman made the comment that rennovations were underway and that if we were to return in 6-8 months the we would find the bathroom updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Windsor Court both because of the beautiful, comfortable facility as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of everyone we encountered there. Such a total treat!!

Decided last minute to attend a convention and was lucky enough to get a cancelled room here. Was looking at booking the Ritz or Waldorf but ended up here. What a beautiful hotel. Service everywhere was outstanding! Rooms were huge and very clean. Bed and linens super comfy Still has the rare nightly turn down service too! Bathroom layout perfect with toilet shower in one room, one sink vanity outside and another makeup vanity with sink to the side. Also a small living room and a wet bar area. Only complaint is no coffee maker in room, which is the case in most of the better hotels. Our room faced the front courtyard and was somewhat noisy with city noises and the valets whistling for cabs. But didn’t bother us too much. If your there during Mardi Gras perfect local for parade watching if they go that route. Could even see them form 2nd floor bar windows. We usually only stay at higher end properties and this is one of our new favorites. Wish they were located in other cities.
