Everyone was absolutely great now matter what our requests were. We especially enjoyed Gina at the Concierge desk as she went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We stay here nearly every time we come to NYC and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Myself and my fiance stayed at the Benjamin for 4 nights and were very happy with our stay. The building looked new and well kept and the staff were always friendly and smiling. Our room was quite spacious with tons of storage for those who don't travel light, and even a mini- kinchenette complete with mircowave and fridge. It had a very cozy and homey feel with the light colors and comfy bed. Above all, the location was perfect for those who want to be close to everything but don't want to stay on a 'touristy' street. All the major attractions are only blocks away, but you can still enjoy a bit more peace and quiet when you want to wind down. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone!

We booked the suite and it was perfect for our family! The staff is excellent and we couldn't have loved the overall hotel decor any more than we did! Loved our entire experience and hated to have to leave!

This hotel is right where you want it to be, close to many places of interest within walking distance, and close to the subway so it is very easy to get about. We stayed in a terrace suite on the 18th floor, and wow! the views from the (surprisingly large) outside terrace were amazing, and the suite itself was enormous with a huge TV, very large rooms, really good AC and a kitchenette with a coffee machine which was much appreciated. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and responsive to our requests, and we had overall a really great stay. We did not eat at the restaurant but we did have some super cocktails there. There is a luncheonette restaurant practically next door where a cheap and filling breakfast can be had. The Benjamin exceeded our expectations, met all our requirements (and more), and we would definitely return here on our next trip to NY.

Beautiful place to stay and gray service. Everyone that worked there was amazing, especially concierges: Sarah, Gina and Anya. they recommended great places to eat and visit. The Benjamin is conveniently located in the heart of New York City.
