I am a balcony addict!!! Must have on any trip, especially in a city visit. The Benjamin's terrace suite is as perfect as it gets! A lovely 4-seat table overlooking Lexington, with beautiful buildings in all directions. Further, the location is just exquisite for NYC: easy to get uptown or down by subway just moments away. Staff and service so sweet and at the ready to assist. Loved our welcome from Jonathon the doorman - made us feel as if we arrived "home." The pillows and bed GOOD LORD I want to take them home! I will stay in this suite every time I visit NYC; so grateful that I found this little slice of perfection!

We stayed for 4 days at The Benjamin Hotel and have no complains whatsoever. Resort is very clean, staff is super nice and location is perfect, within walking distance to 5th Ave, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Central Park and Times Square. Price is reasonable compared to most NY hotels. Very pleased with our stay, would definitely go back.

Love love ❤️ love. Classy, clean, charming. So family friendly, the rooms are spacious. We had a king size bedroom suite, which included the pullout sofa bed. The kitchenette is adorable and so functional, with microwave, fridge, and sink. The shower bath was clean and full of white marble, and well stocked. We requested the turndown service for the sleeper sofa when we left for dinner and the children's bedtime package. We returned to a few cute hard cover kids books (looked brand new, and the kids loved them) and three cute owl beanie babies (the beanie babies were the kids' to keep) on the made sleeper sofa. They were so excited it made bedtime so much more fun. My husband snuck out to a food cart down the street, after the kids' bedtime, and grabbed some $5 plates of food for the adults. Those food carts are great if you're adventurous, just be aware the spicy 🌶 food is spicy! 😊 There's a huge food court a couple blocks away called Urbanspace Vanderbilt we will be going to next time we visit. Cannot wait!!! A cab from Times Square only cost us $7.30 +tip one way. So central, with friendly hotel staff. A great experience. Note: If you travel with a roof carrier you will need to take it off for the garage valet off site parking!

The Benjamin is a great place to stay. In midtown, lots of walking around the area with restaurants and shops. The hotel has spacious rooms. The service is excellent. The bathrooms are a bit tight and could be improved a bit. The restaurant inside is good (went for breakfast) but pricey. Overall a great stay.,
