We loved our stay at The Benjamin. The staff was wonderful, the King Suite was perfect for a family of four and the location was fabulous, plus the subway entrance was across the street. The Benjamin is a home run and I will definitely make this hotel my home base for future trips. Ask about the specials for Suites, it's totally worth it!

I've stayed multiple days in a variety of hotels: hip, budget, historic, national brand. This is my best experience yet. Great location, super price for size of room. I will return for the customer service. From checking in, to the bellmen--all very thoughtful. Housekeeping especially went above and beyond when I worked in my room all day, they respected my privacy sign, called to ask if I needed a thing and then freshened the room when we were at the theater.

Excellent location, excellent customer service, clean and nice rooms... Besides it has a great restaurant and a bar... I would definitely stay again and recommend it without hesitation. I truly enjoyed my time at the Benjamin, thanks a lot.

We stayed on a Wednesday and was surprised that at check-in we were upgraded to a suite. Lovely corner room on the 24th floor. Only downside... the tv in the bedroom wasn't working. No big deal, just moved to the sitting room.

We have used this hotel twice for business trips. What you don't get is a huge lobby and bar like the corporate chains. However you do get 1) a great restaurant and bar, 2) great staff 3) a flexible a personalised service one great example of this is the fact we had a suite and used it for an all day meeting, I asked concierge if I could plug my lap top into the tv for our meeting the response was the maintenance guy coming to the room and making this happen and even setting up up the screen resolution. Thanks a lot we will be back I just wish they had a loyalty scheme
