Hotel room was beautiful and spacious. Only complaint is that automated drapes didn’t work so opening them for the city view was a challenge as we had to get behind the TV to open them

Jenny, one of the receptionists, is absolutely wonderful. She helped us in many different ways and genuinely went out of her way for us. We are regular guests of the Dominick and that service is why.

Always the best in the city! It's my favorite. Mega comfortable room, wonderful design. Did you know that all the furniture is Fendi? You can already have an idea. Spectacular service. The thanks this time go to Lisseth. Thank you for the always great stay to the whole team!

Stayed for two nights for business, had a really nice stay. Was upgraded to a suite, which is obviously a huge plus. The space was large and well decorated. Great TVs, good desk situation, comfortable couch, and a beautiful bathroom. Gym is a decent size for Manhattan, and had Pelotons which I like, along with cold towels and fruit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And its obviously in a great part of town. Only negatives, some of the furniture is showing some wear. And my bed was a little softer than I like, felt like an older mattress, might need upgrading. I would stay here again anytime.
