The Dominick Hotel

Great location and a cool, stylish hotel. The rooms are a good size, but they’re showing their age, with worn furnishings and finishes that would benefit from a refresh. The biggest issue is the elevators. There are only four, which didn’t seem adequate for a hotel of this size. We repeatedly waited 5–10 minutes just to get down to the lobby. I’m not sure how they can address this, but the long waits made our stay less enjoyable than it should have been, especially given the price. On a very positive note, the staff was lovely and incredibly helpful. Whenever we asked for assistance, they went out of their way to help.

Elevators are still a problem although they are getting better. the rooms are starting to get tired things like the drapes didnt work and the shower door was difficult to open generally the finishes are getting a bit ratty

Wonderful hotel, stunning views, kind hospitality. You can tell the standard here is quite high and all hospitality staff are clearly dedicated to showing up at their best with kindness and professionalism.

Took my son for his birthday. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They sent up birthday cupcakes with a thoughtful card. They gave us a great room with amazing views.
