I stayed one night with some friends we went back out to get something to eat after a party when we got back to the room my room door was WIDE open they tried to tell me if you don't close it hard enough that will happen pure BS because we definitely closed the door and it didn't happen any other time, anyways the next morning I went to check out I wasn't feeling well so i gathered my things quickly about an hour after checking out Still in the car on my way home realized I left my very expensive designer belt we pulled over checked the bags just in case I call the hotel they said the maid that cleaned my room went home already and they were going to call her ...really? After an hour so quick? So I said ok called again said they couldn't get in touch with her she was on the train probably ..I called numerous times and nothing the manager called me back said they checked all over and then acted like I lost it no I did not loose it I left it THERE and I am 100% positive of this so I hope they know they have dishonest employees and I have never had this issue at any hotel before so be cautious if you decide to stay here I would advise not to stay here at all your door might randomly pop open and if you mistakenly leave something they will not send it to you like other hotels they will keep it

Eldis and Mustafa were phenomenal during our stay in January. They were very friendly and helpful for sites to see during our trip. The hotel was clean and very nice. It was an overall great experience.

Stayed in a skyline junior suite and the size of the room was excellent as was the bathroom. The location was superb and close to Grand central station and 5th Avenue. We could not fault anything about our stay at this hotel and the staff were very friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces especially Mustafa, Aldina and Eldiz. We would recommend this hotel and will hopefully visit again in the future.

My wife, daughter and I stayed here last week while I was at a conference and it was an incredible experience! They gave me a coupon for a parking lot they are affiliated with just down the street so parking was so easy and reasonably priced. The hotel is a short walk from Time Square so my wife and daughter had so much opportunity to enjoy the city while I was working. We took advantage of everything this hotel has to offer including the restaurant which was awesome. My daughter is 10 months old which can be challenging in a big city but the hotel staff was extremely accommodating. We checked out and left the day of the St.Patrick's day parade, streets were closed and traffic was a nightmare. I could not get my vehicle anywhere near the hotel so one of the hotel staff actually helped my wife carry our luggage several blocks away to meet me which saved the day for us. Had we not been leaving that day, it would have been an excellent location to check out the parade! The hotel itself is beautiful and every detail is well thought out. The rooms are not only incredibly stylish (beautiful shower, amazing hardwood floors, etc.) but extremely comfortable. I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels up to 100 nights per year and this place is by far my favourite in any city I've been. This hotel has everything you could possibly ask for in a New York City Hotel. Awesome location, beautiful rooms, and great people. I would highly recommend it and will certainly be staying here on every trip to NYC from here on.
