We visited over Memorial Day weekend for our anniversary. This hotel is in an excellent location. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. Our room was on the 18th floor. It was extremely small and made me feel claustrophobic, but we did have a balcony so that helped tremendously. My only complaint is related to the parking. The hotel has a deal with a garage down the street. When we arrived the attendant at the garage asked us approximately what time we would be back. We gave a time, which was a little over 24 hours later. When we went to the hotel to leave our bags (it was too early to check in) we told them the same thing. When we went to pay at the a garage the next day we expected to pay the $40 that we were told by hotel that we would pay, but instead it was $80 because it was over 24 hours. No one ever mentioned that the parking was only for 24 hours. In retrospect it was our own fault, but it seemed shady to us that neither the hotel or garage made note of the rate only being for 24 hours (we were there for about 26 hours).

The Hotel is nice, clean and well located. No on-site or valet parking. They do have a discount rate with a parking garage west of the hotel a block or so away on 46th Street. The balcony in our room faces a brick wall, nothing to look at, but there is a common balcony on each floor that faces 46th Street and has a nice view down the street. Given that there are only two rooms per floor they are not typically occupied. We did not dine in the restaurant but did have a few drinks at the bar in the hotel. As with any midtown hotel the room is small but not unreasonably so. The front desk staff were helpful.

Stayed there last night (August 12/13) to catch a musical on broadway. Awesome location and easy walk to Times Square/Broadway. Room was outstanding. Not much of a view from our balcony because we were on the fifth floor. But went up to the roof balcony for a picture or two. Then again, I didn't go to NYC for a pretty hotel room balcony. The bed was comfortable (and so were the pillows, which I usually can't stand hotel pillows). The shower was great, bathroom and room super clean. I give this a 4 and not a 5 solely because the bathroom sick could have had better pressure. But that's also being super picky. Otherwise, all was impeccable.

We stayed here for four nights. Great location, close to times square. Boutique style hotel. Room is a decent size for New York, bathroom was a little small but it had a roomy size shower. Lighting in the room wasn't the best. There is an nespresso machine in the room. I had no idea how to use it and there were no instructions. There was no price list on the mini bar products The balcony is about 5x6 not very big and absolutely no view only of concrete walls. Great if you are a smoker. Front desk staff were really helpful. The hotel was definitely in a great location for the price. Being from Canada we had to add another 32% to the price. For a $100 you can get a ride to the airport from this hotel. The driver was very friendly.

It was dirty. The toilet leaked and they didn't replenish any towels, bath mats or soap or shampoo. Go to the London or Greenwich. The beds are old there weren't enough pillows even after asking 3 times.
