Jeric, both yourself and Hector were absolute gentleman, making our stay all the better. The tickets you arranged for the hop on and off bus and sightseeing, seating to Madison Square Garden for the Rangers Ice hockey playoffs game and The Outsiders were greatly appreciated. I wore my New York Rangers Team jersey home from New York. Thanks to all the staff we look forward to coming back

Myself and my boys (age 9 & 13) had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was an excellent size for New York and for the amount of time you spend in the room. Location is fantastic right by the subway and a couple of blocks from Times Square. We were on the 29th floor and heard no noise at all from the street - I would request a high floor. Would stay here again.

All was wonderful here, bed was extremely comfortable….lounge was lively. Service solid…extremely clean. I do want to recognize Charles, Front Bellman who went out of his way to assist us… and others. Helped us find our way on our first NY subway…assisted with room access issues, excellent area advice, always a step ahead… warm and personable always..a definite ambassador for the Intercontinental brand. Thank you….it is team members like Charles that make you want to return.

The staff is amazing, courteous, professional and accommodating. The rooms need an update and some general maintenance. The ceiling in the shower is peeling, the wood unit where the TV sits is worn, severely scratched and needs attention. The carpet in the rooms is dirty, old and smelly. The mattress if you sit on the edge you can feel a plastic edge which is hard. Also, would suggest looking at a sitting configuration whereby there are two chairs rather than one velvet fabric chair which is dirty and old. Lastly, could use a suitcase stand…A 4 star property can do better

The hotel itself was wonderful. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There could have been more information on the hotel website regarding parking. We included the daily parking fee in our reservation and parked near the hotel in an Edison parking garage which also housed rental car pickup and drop off. We were unaware until we were held up in line in the garage that it is valet parking only. When we went to pick up our car the next day there was nobody in the pick up area office to answer a question.
