This hotel is one of my favorite in NYC! Steps away from Times Square are near many restaurants. The staff was super kind and the rooms are spacious!

This is probably my fourth stay at The Muse during the last four years. I think it offers great value for money in the heart of Times Square and the theatre district but yet you’re tucked away. The executive doubles rooms are extremely spacious with double sinks in bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. Want coffee in room? Request a maker. I have loved seeing this hotel wake up since Covid. Continuous renovations and updates and I hear the bar is opening downstairs soon!

I recently stayed at The Muse Hotel during my trip to New York and am delighted to share my positive experience. Located in the heart of Times Square, this hotel is simply stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotless. I particularly appreciated the elegant, modern decor and the comfort of the bed. What's more, the view from my room was breathtaking, offering a unique perspective on the city that never sleeps. The hotel's facilities are also excellent. The well-equipped gym means you can keep up your workout even when traveling. What's more, the hotel staff were very welcoming and professional, always ready to help and meet my needs. With its ideal location, perfect rooms and quality facilities, this hotel truly exceeded all my expectations.

What Besutiful hotel. Quiet, fluffy pillows for sure, comfortable beds and very clean. Our first time in NYC and they made it an even more memorable experience. The service was great as well. Daniel,at the front desk, remembered our names every time we saw him, and was friendly and conversational. Like he really cared. Acyually, All the staff was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Every time I come to Manhattan I try my best if they aren’t booked to stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff are nice, the location is convenient and it gives a welcoming atmosphere that cannot be beat! I get better sleep here than I do in my own bed. And Housekeeping with all services are always quick and convenient. This type of service is needed at all hotels!
