The best getaway!
Well this hotel was quite the pleasant surprise! We were able to check in early at noon which was fabulous. We’ve said at other upscale NYC hotels but this check-in was smooth and friendly. The smiles and service was extordinary. Since it was my daughter’s birthday they sent a small cheesecake up to the room which delighted her. We stayed in a junior family suite which was spacious. There was complementary warm apple cider in the lobby. The turndown service was exquisite. They made the couch for my daughter so when we got back in the room at 11 pm, we could just fall asleep. Slippers were out and water was by the bedside. The next morning at breakfast at Ai Fiori they had a Nutella croissant and a candle which was so sweet. The breakfast server was friendly and food came out quickly. Checkout was a breeze. This is the service that should come with a luxury NYC hotel! Amazing!

True to brand
Very helpful staff make staying here easy from planning arrival with contact the week before to pleasant and hassle free departure. Langham Club a big plus. Safe location. Amazingly quiet at night with a good sleep.

A wonderful stay at the Langham in NYC
My family and I stayed at The Langham while visiting NYC last week, and it couldn’t have been a better stay. The wonderful concierge set up our airport transfers flawlessly, the room stylist had the most special little gifts set up for my daughter, and everyone at the front desk, club lounge, the house car driver, as well as the doormen were incredibly warm and kind while we were there. The hotel itself is very nice, but it’s truly the staff that makes this hotel above and beyond. I would also like to thank Jack (one of the doormen). My daughter loved seeing him every time we would leave or come back from our appointments. We will highly recommend this hotel location to any of our friends or family visiting NYC, and we can’t wait to come back!

I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality, comfort, and a genuine luxury
The hotel does not deliver a true 5-star experience. The lobby is extremely small and feels more like a pass-through than a proper hotel lobby. Reception staff were not genuinely welcoming, and the lobby itself was cold and uninviting.

Coming to New York during the holiday season is always a treat. However, coming to The Langham takes the experience to a whole new level.
