Chiara and the Langham team made this stay one to remember
We stayed at The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue and it was flawless. Chiara, the hotel's Service Stylist, took our stay personally from the first exchange - we walked into the room to find fresh flowers beautifully displayed, and the room itself was outstanding. Service everywhere in the hotel matched that standard: warm, quick, genuinely gracious. New York has plenty of luxury hotels; this one has people who make it feel personal. Five stars, earned - we'll be back.

Everything was perfect
The hotel features spacious rooms with excellent sound insulation, friendly staff and a high standard of cleanliness. The location is excellent and the air conditioning is very efficient. This is the first time in a long time that I have had no issues during my hotel stay.

For the $$it’s not good!
$90 valet for every 24 hours u stay here. And u can’t get ur car till I leave so no in and out. TV’s in room r junk! U can’t get to anything they promise. Nothing here no pool no hot tub. Don’t stay here. So bad for the $$

Weekend family trip
My family and I just spent a long weekend in Manhattan to shop, see a Broadway show and eat amazing food! This was our first time staying at a Langham hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is centrally located in midtown proximate to Times Square, Broadway and all the shopping on 5th Ave. Our room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We arrived at 9pm after a long drive and we were greeted warmly with our room already turned down with drinks, a charcuterie board and slippers. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Overnight stay for Broadway show
Excellent stay. Centrally located, train into Grand Central and went to a Broadway show. All staff was excellent. Ate in for every meal and very satisfied. Room was amazing. Will be staying here for every NYC trip in the future. Couldn't have asked for more.
