I stayed over there last week, and it was an incredible experience. From the start till the end of my stay it was just "Wow". When I checked in the hotel, I was warmly welcomed at the door by Tenzin and Emad who were super friendly with us. Emad took great care of us, every time I passed by the Front Desk he is always there, ready to help and always ensuring that everything is fine and very caring. My best experienced at Langham was at the Club Lounge where we met amazing people Like Cleo the Club Manager, Ender, Florin, Randy and Albert. We got exceptional and out of the world service by these great guys They were so kind, super friendly to us. Sexy bar foods and sexy drinks in the club lounge. The Room, Bed, view and housekeeping service was outstanding, we got the best sleep of our life, nice body lotion and room fragrance. Great location, very close to Time square, Bryant Park, central Park etc. Ashley at the front desk was super friendly. Brian Smith was so kind to me; he took great care of all my needs and request I mentioned in my reservation. Thank you so much guys, we will definitely come back again

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I have no doubt about the rooms, facilities, and excellent service provided by the entire team. I want to give a special shout-out to Ashley for her beautiful smile and exceptional service that went above and beyond. The service they provide is truly remarkable. So let me start off by saying that this is the best hotel in NYC. We booked a deluxe room and was upgraded to a junior suite. The entire staff was amazing! A shout out to Shaun Choney for the beautiful upgrade. If you find you’re in NYC, run to walk to this hotel. 5 star all the way!

Very welcoming & friendly staff, offered us suggestions for places to visit, best way to get around the city, about local transit and gave us heads up on road closures during the parade. Convenient location, walking distance to most of the tourist places in the city. We had a great in room dining experience. The service and food was great.

I am an avid traveler, spending 300+ nights per year in hotels between business and leisure travel. My stay at the Langham NYC was absolutely extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. The room was huge, especially by NYC standards. The service was flawless and personalized. I really can't say enough good things, but suffice it to say, I've found my home away from home when I come to New York.
