Excellent stay!! Cannot wait to return
We had the pleasure of staying at The Langham for my daughters 12th birthday trip. Everything was seamless in regard to check-in and overall service. The food we had both in room dining and at the restaurant was excellent. The room had all the amenities you could ask for. Truly luxury! The fitness club was very clean and many options for both cardio and strength training.

Large luxurious rooms
I stayed 6 nights in two different rooms. I actually preferred the room without a view as it was far quieter than the 5th Ave view. The rooms are large, well-appointed, modern and comfortable. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast but the staff seemed overwhelmed, though pleasant.

excellent in every way
We love to stay at Langham Hotels and been At this hotel before and chose again to stay and we were so happy we did. WE loved our one bedroom suite with club lounge and empire state view and it was really worth the extra costs. Falling asleep and waking up to the view of an illuminated empire state was truly spectacular. The club lounge was very well furnished, very comfortable and food was exceptional. staff lovely and attentive. Lots of christmas decorations. Even our suite had a christmas tree lit up when we arrived and lots of little extras which makes life so much easier after a long flight. Suite was equipped with a full kitchen very well stocked, a washer and dryer and even extra chargers. Also it is one of the few hotels where you can still open windows, which I personally love. Completely soundproof. Excellent sleep. Staff was exceptional, from the initial emails and then discussing adding extras nothing was too much and they replied quickly and professionally. We hated to leave and will be back hopefully soon ! Thank you so much !
