Amazing Service and Hospitality!
Wow this property shines above the rest in NYC! The staff are what make this hotel experience so stellar. Each staff member truly goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. It was non stop luxurious customer service from arrival to departure and in every single department. Doormen and bellman are best in the business, front desk, housekeeping and dining staff are equally impressive. I do not think I could stay anywhere else in NYC after experiencing such consistent and high level service like The Langham. I usually stay at another very well known five star hotel and The Langham is so much better. I felt like it was truly a second home. Also the beds are heavenly.

Went to a wedding in NYC and stayed at Langham Fifth Avenue. The Hotel experience was outstanding and the value was exceptional for NYC.

Peace in the City
The warmest welcome we've ever experienced. Our room was upgraded to a stunning corner location. Our daughter was treated to a darling welcome gift. Fantastic location and the calmest stay along Fifth Ave.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay! The staff was lovely and the attention to detail was really appreciated. Check-in was smooth, and even though we arrived early, our room was ready - such a nice surprise after a long trip. Na was especially helpful at departure, he stored our luggage, arranged our airport transfer and even remembered us when we came back later. Thank you to Abbu and Na for making our stay so special!
