This is a great place to stay in New York. Rooms were beautifully appointed, quiet and spacious. Hotel staff makes you feel welcome.

The hotel and the staff are outstanding. If you can do the club level access it is well worth it. The club staff are outstanding as are the dining presentations. The rooms are larger than most NYC hotels. Our initial room was lovely and over 5th ave, the noise was bothersome for us. The manager moved us to the quietist room we have ever had in NYC.

A good hotel experience makes the beginning of an awesome holiday. We are truly happy we stayed here. It was the highlight of our trip to NYC.

Excellent location. Room was extremely spacious and clean. Staff went above and beyond during our stay.

Really sub par experience. 20 minute elevator waits for only 3 tiny elevators, typically stopping at each floor for cleaning crews 12 hours of the day with huge carts going one floor, l loud hallways, staff on walkie talkies outside your room at 3am, over-priced meh food, touristy area with chaotic front entrance. This hotel is at best a potential 4 star experience that performs as a 2 star and costs like a 5 star.
