Great Location!
Couldn't ask for a better location. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast was excellent. Elevators were super fast.

Stay elsewhere
Proximity to Central Park was nice. The front staff was rude. What made the stay extremely horrifying was the “clean towel” which was left in our room had a used bandaid in it.

Hands down-- Thompson Central Park Hyatt is by far the best. Very close to Central Park, Time Squares, 5th Ave. shopping center. Several good restaurants at a walking distance. The room was spacious, onsite restaurant (Parkers and The Burger Joint) provide great food selection.

My recent stay at Thomson Central
Thomson Central is at awesome location and my overall stay there was fantastic. I was allowed early checkin (7 am) after I had a long 20 hour flight. Also they allowed me to checkout later at 3 pm as I have flight late I. The light at 10 Pm. Staff was super courteous and prompt. Will stay there again whenever I travel to the Big Apple.

Awesome Staff and Exceptional Service
They treat you as royalty, you matter to them. Everyone went out of their way to make this a memorable trip. I will recommend family and friends. Anytime I am in New York, this is my hotel!!
