The staff at the Lowell are amazing and very welcoming, the location is excellent, and the hotel decorated perfectly. There are many subways stations walk by distance, and the central park is 3 minutes walking distance.

The Lowell does this in every way. No matter how I set my expectations the Lowell always finds a way to exceed them. The quiet luxury is what's frequently lost in other experiences. The Lowell invariably attempts to exceed clients expectations and does it with aplomb.

I love staying at this hotel. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are lovely and the location is perfect. It is pricey so be prepared. I have stayed there before with my husband but this time I invited my sister. She also loved the hotel and the experience. We especially enjoyed having coffee on our little terrace in the morning.

This is a great hotel to stay in if you are visiting New York for work or a vacation. It is in a quieter part of the city which for me I loved. The service and accommodations were excellent and the hotel smells wonderful!!

A wonderful experience as always and it is such a pleasure now to have the club room Jacques bar and majorelle to add to our experience. Mywife and I ended celebrating her 70th birthday sitting in the Jacques bar enjoying the new energy from Majorelle.
