Overall it was a good experience. Always enjoy my stay…and I love that Whole Foods is just downstairs at the Columbus Circle Mall. Also walk to see my family from the hotel. But quite annoyed when a couple of times I was pushed by the Housekeeping to have my room serviced. I go to NY to relax and enjoy and mostly to visit my family. I prefer to take my time in the morning to sleep in and relax. So I go out of my room in the afternoon. Did not appreciate being bothered by a phone call or a knock to my door to have my room serviced!

we experienced a truly wonderful time. The service was impeccable, with personalized attention and a homely attitude. The staff showed genuine care, and the concierge services were excellent. The spa was wonderful. While it was quite expensive, the overall hospitality experience was perfect. We look forward to returning again!

We had an incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental in New York. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The room was incredible with the most amazing views. The breakfasts were so delicious and the staff in the restaurant were brilliant and very helpful. We had a lovely couple of swims in the pool. Overall we had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend.

The Mandarin is like my second home, I always come back. Everyone knows me even the staff at the gym. The reservations team especially Ethel who is wonderful , are always helpful and accommodating to last minute requests. I’ll keep coming back

The facility is fine, the location is fine. But the service is bad, it doesn't feel like a Mandarin Oriental. Who is willing to listen to the problems in the room? No one. I am not staying at a decent hotel, I am staying at a Mandarin Oriental. It goes without saying that it's all about the people. It's the people that give you value for money. Do you know how much this place costs per night? It's not worth the price. I think they should rebrand and change the name.
