Surpassing our expectations with a smile
Our experience at the Marmara Park Avenue surpassed our expectations. Michael Baize and his welcoming staff made us feel right at home. Cheerful and expedient they always went the extra mile to offer excellent customer service with a smile. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a place.

Great stay
We stayed 4 nights at Marmara Park. We were really pleased with the hotel. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, particularly so for NYC. Located right next to the 6 train which was convenient. Highly recommend.

Nice location, nice hotel-Just for Turkish visitors don’t expect Turkish hospitality,
Don’t expect Turkish hospitality No Turkish breakfast available even though its written on the menu, no Turkish tea, even American breakfast don’t have what you except from American breakfast. Very hard working staff especially Turkish ones are great but very limited. We used to go to restaurant 45 minutes prior to order breakfast, so that our kids to come when the food is ready Tired rooms Room cleaning is poor You need to ask everyday for even in room water replacement, tea&coffee replacement Hand Washing soap was empty Some outlets in the room was not working There are couple of planting pots in the balcony for separation but it’s empty. No planting… Room keys needed to be remake everyday It wasn’t a pleasant stay for us

A great stay
A lovely stay in this modern hotel. 3rd time I have been. Breakfast and service fantastic. A little on the pricey side but hey that New York. The rooms are massive and a great view of The Crysler building. Rooms with balcony nice. Would recommend
