This hotel is lovely .. recently opened.. within a couple of years so everything is new especially the great faces that greet you. Shout out to to the young gentleman that took care of valeting my car and taking care of my luggage.. I'm so sorry that I do not remember your name as it was very difficult to pronounce but I know you know who you are. Atmosphere is beautiful, rooms are spacious and spotless.... try reserving a room on the upper floors as they offer a balcony, priceless. Was able to get a late check out as I was under the weather...love that . Will definitely be returning, thank you.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel on New Years Eve as a special treat for the last day of our holiday, check in was fine, fast and efficient. check out was the same. 6am in the morning and He was happy and smiling. However the bit in the middle left a lot to be desired. My room had a bed so high I had to climb onto a sofa to get onto it and i'm not short at 5'8. I couldn't charge my phone next to my bed but on the other side of the room. I had to get out of bed to turn the lights off. The air con clunked all night even when it was turned off, and the lights on the smoke detectors was flashing like JFK runway. We were charged to use the pool. The only positive thing i could say about the experience was the towels were bigger than in most hotels!!!

Stayed over New Years for three nights. Each night had sleep ruined by loud clicking sound coming from heater. Reported to front desk who did send someone to look at it but did nothing to fix the problem. Also did not repair burned out light bulb I reported. Whole heating system sucked - would not go above 68 although the actual temperature in room was in the 50s near the windows due to poor insulation. Front desk staff extremely unfriendly - especially older woman with tight bun and slight accent. She checked me in and out and didn’t disclose an $18 per day “facility fee” until checkout. Never had a nice hotel not disclose such a fee clearly up front. Felt duped - especially because of the poor condition of the “facility”. Won’t be back and would not consider this a 5-star hotel. On the positive side, bed was comfortable, room large, great kitchenette and nice bathroom. Housekeeping discreet and good.
