Hotel is in a prime location in Manhattan a couple of feet away from The Times Square. From the moment you walk into the hotel you are welcomed by the bell boy and the staff. Very warm welcome and efficient check in (and check out as well). Hotel very clean, fresh, comfy look. Internet of excellent speed and quality. Hotel staff are so welcoming and attentive to details that the minute they heard that my wife and I were celebrating our 10th year anniversary upgraded us and sent us a bottle of wine to the room. Highly recommended hotel especially that price to quality ratio do match at all levels

Three generations of our family visited NYC for a long weekend. The Michelangelo was the perfect hotel for a group of 10. The service, rooms, service and hotel bar were perfect. The staff ( especially Henry) was very personable, friendly and helpful. This is our third time to stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The midtown location is perfect for the theater, restaurants, shoppping and a nice walk to Central Park.

There are so many little extras in this hotel, it's hard to describe. For the price, it's a luxury hotel at a moderate NYC hotel price. The bathroom had a huge tub and there's marble everywhere. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out to maximize the useable space. There's an elegance in every room, the lobby, etc. But the staff is very helpful, friendly and have no airs about them. Really great in terms of making recommendations or reservations. You'll feel like a King or Queen in this hotel... don't pass it by.

My family and I arrived to a lovely welcoming staff in a classy, "old world" New York hotel (doorman, chandeliers, velvet, etc.) in a perfect location for a classic "tourist" visit to the Big Apple. Just minutes from Rockerfeller Centre, Times Square, and the Theatre District, the prime & bustling location of the hotel is surprisingly still very quiet in one's hotel room. The staff are VERY amenable, and one staff member, HENRY, was one of the sweetest and most accommodating staff here! He was very kind and always remembered our names. I will definitely come back here when I visit again!!!

We decided to pass new years eve at New York, everything was full. Fortunately we found a suite at this hotel. It was great room with awesome service. Very well located on a walking distance to Central Park and Times Square. There are lots of restaurants close to the hotel too. Very nice!!
