Our "GO TO" Hotel in NYC

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

This is our 'go to' hotel when staying in Midtown NYC. Perfect location for theater or Central Park, Carnegie Hall etc. Just far enough away from the mayhem of Times Square but convenient to much of Midtown. We love this hotel. Great staff - everyone from the door man to the desk staff were outstanding, The hotel is a bit dated but it is being updated. It may be dated but it is QUIET, CLEAN and SAFE. Definitely 5 star!!

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Despite its location, rooms are quite. Very clean , wonderful service, 10 out of 10. Shout out to their valet Henry who has been there 37 years. Great guy!

Thank you for a truly beautiful 16-hour stay. The Michelangelo staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

The food was excellent as well. I had friends join me for dinner, which was delightful, and I managed to enjoy a quick breakfast before my early departure.

I was especially delighted by the unexpected upgrade—what a wonderful surprise! My only regret was that my visit was too short. To fix that, I’ll be returning very soon, and I’m already looking forward to another memorable experience.
