Stayed four night at The Michelangelo Hotel. It was wonderful . Staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. I especially like the location because was walking distance to Broadway musicals, Central Park, Times Square. Vanessa at Consignor's desk was helpful and provided us with great subway directions and map when we decided to explore further. The manager Marco was the best I have encounter. After a long flight my 13 yr old was not feeling great he was very accommodating and allow us to check in a little early so she could rest. Very grateful. It was her birthday so he arranged balloons and some treats sent to our room. Delicious. Kind gesture. Henry and Walter also helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a lovely, safe, clean and comfortable hotel with plenty of thing to do within waking distance. We will definitely be retuning to this hotel . Thanks to the entire staff at the Michelangelo Hotel mid Manhattan 51 street

Our stay at The Michelangelo was great from beginning to end. The front desk couldn't have been more helpful (unexpected, early check-in and a stay beyond check out time to accommodate our train schedule) and the whole team terrific ambassadors for the hotel. Every person we came in contact has worked for the hotel for years and seem to love their jobs -- and it shows! Our room was clean, handsome and comfortable. And the location for theater and dinner is perfect.

This is a great boutique hotel with a European flair. Staff was service oriented and always went out of their way to deliver quality service. Location is convenien to Broadway shows and good restaurants.

Being our 1st time in several years to NYC, this hotel met all of our travel needs and expectations. I highly recommend a stay in this property. I'll select another location if available when I travel.

We loved our stay at the Michelangelo in New York. Location was amazing, especially if you are planning to see a show. We saw School of Rock at Winter Garden, which was literally across the street. Stay was helpful and kind. We "splurged" and got a small suite. It wasn't huge but was perfect for our family (two adults, one kid). It was especially nice to have two bathrooms! Decor was a little shiny for me (lots of shiny black) but still tasteful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.
