Had another amazing trip to the Michaelangelo this month. Met my parents there, who happened to be visiting to see a show. Try upgraded both of us, without even asking! Bernie, who holds down the lounge, treated us like family and really impressed my parents! He really makes the place tick! Can't wait for my next trip to NY to visit Bernie and the crew at the Michaelangelo!

An amazing hotel staffed by wonderful individuals. Everyone was so helpful and made us feel like family. We were upgraded upon arrival to a stunning suite. This was simply the perfect place to land after fun, but hectic days in NYC. Stay here if you can!

We've stayed at the Michangelo about 10 times over the past 20 years and have always been impressed with the high quality and great staff, particularly Patrick H, our (upgraded) room was beautiful. No worries- back soon.

This was our 2nd time at the Michaelangelo. We do not often go to NYC now but our initial stay here worked out so well we were determined to stay again. While not inexpensive it is reasonably priced for location. Rooms are great well furnished etc. I always ask for interior room to reduce noice. Staff was nice enough to upgrade room. Location is good ..subway near by but far enough away from time square also. Refreshment area downstairs a nice retreat from outside.

Loved the location. Everyone was very nice. Hotel was quiet and I felt very relaxed. It was a great choice for my first trip to the city. I would definitely stay at the Michelangelo again. I would have liked it to be more inclusive as the service fee of $35 per day was a bit of a surprise.
