Modern convenience in an old world charm setting. Location is outstanding, service is over the top, great food, beverages, quiet, yet steps away from radio City, the theatre and killer food. When you want luxury especially winter surprising rates just stay and enjoy! Mersad, Henry, Kendrick are employees who make it their own!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Michelangelo Hotel due to the amazing staff. They remembered us every time we walked in and graciously helped us in and made transportation arrangements for us when we needed them as well. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in the Michelangelo during the Christmas holidays and our stay was great - room was large and clean, breakfast was very good, etc. But it was what happened after we left that made this hotel outstanding. My daughter left her ipad in the room. We realized it on the way to the airport. I called and housekeeping found it quickly. Security and management communicated well with me and sent the ipad to us via Fed Ex. Many hotels would have just trashed it and moved on. Really appreciated their attention to detail on this issue!

We have visited this hotel many times over the past 25 years. It still maintains a very high standard of excellence and quality. The location is perfect in the theater district and the staff is well trained and welcoming. The hotel is elegant and reminiscent of style from an earlier era, which we love it is close to many good restaurants and walking distance to all of the theaters.

We are a family of 6 (including 4 children aged 18 down to 9). We had adjoining rooms; a suite with king bed and a room with 2 Queen beds. The rooms are a little dated but very spacious clean and comfortable. Hotel well situated for getting around to everything, although perhaps a little too close to Times Square over New Year do some people. Most of the staff (reception (particularly Aldi), doormen and cleaning) were very friendly, although in the restaurant staff could be a little abrupt. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again (particularly for the size of the rooms).

Thank you for a truly beautiful 16-hour stay. The Michelangelo staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was excellent as well. I had friends join me for dinner, which was delightful, and I managed to enjoy a quick breakfast before my early departure.
I was especially delighted by the unexpected upgrade—what a wonderful surprise! My only regret was that my visit was too short. To fix that, I’ll be returning very soon, and I’m already looking forward to another memorable experience.
