Love this place. The hospitality is excellent. Edwin was our bellman. He was so great. There was another person at the door and I cannot remember his name. It began with a T. He was also top notch. The room was great. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Thank you for a truly beautiful 16-hour stay. The Michelangelo staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was excellent as well. I had friends join me for dinner, which was delightful, and I managed to enjoy a quick breakfast before my early departure.
I was especially delighted by the unexpected upgrade—what a wonderful surprise! My only regret was that my visit was too short. To fix that, I’ll be returning very soon, and I’m already looking forward to another memorable experience.
