I thought the hotel was luxurious. The facilities are among the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The location in Times Square is spectacular. The staff's service was excellent, especially David V and Viktor at the front desk. It was a great experience staying at this hotel. I will definitely recommend it.

This hotel reminds me so much of Italy 🇮🇹 , I mean of course it’s Italian, right?! You have someone in the front always. Our room was so clean and you get a $10 credit every day at the bar to use. The hospitality here is amazing and when my husband requested extra towels within two minutes they were delivered to our room! When we come back to NYC we will definitely be staying here plus it’s central to it all! Also we came the week of Christmas 🎄 and it was decorated soooo beautifully!

We had a lovely stay at the Michaelangelo and were sad when it was time to leave! The staff (bar excluded) were lovely and helpful. Our suite was incredibly spacious and straight out of Y2K or Home Alone! Grand and tired would describe it well but I was happy to put up with older finishes to get the amazing amount of space we got in such a wonderful location. One night, we got last minute tickets to Rockette's Christmas Spectacular just because we were so close to Radio City Hall! This wound up being a highlight of our trip. You can walk to so many destinations, from Central Park, the Theaters, Times Square, 5th Avenue, and the Financial District is an easy subway ride away! The doormen were especially helpful. We appreciated Mersed's attentiveness! Would love to stay here again.

David V the operations manager helped make our stay one of the greatest we’ve ever had in NYC! This was our first time at this hotel and it will certainly not be our last. All of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The entire hotel and room was stunning. Definitely recommend a stay whether it’s a few nights or a few weeks. They are the greatest hotel right in Time Square!

We were there 12/13-17. The hotel is in a perfect spot for walking to some of the main attractions, e.g. Radio City, Rockefeller Center, Times Square and the theater district. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Walter at the front desk and Edwin the bellman. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Our first room had a brick wall for a view. This was my husband’s first time in NYC and we were celebrating our anniversary. Thankfully, we were able to move to another room the next day with a street view…much better. The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated king size pillows. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for a truly beautiful 16-hour stay. The Michelangelo staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was excellent as well. I had friends join me for dinner, which was delightful, and I managed to enjoy a quick breakfast before my early departure.
I was especially delighted by the unexpected upgrade—what a wonderful surprise! My only regret was that my visit was too short. To fix that, I’ll be returning very soon, and I’m already looking forward to another memorable experience.
