I spent 2 very enjoyable nights with my wife at Parke Lane. Park Lane is our first choice when we are in New York. We came last October too. The location is super. The service is excellent.

We upgraded for an extra $100 a night and we didn't have soap in our shower, AC didn't work, and the curtain wouldn't open or close. Just annoying. WE alled and it took a few calls to gt anyone on it. AC guy said the hose was broken in the AC and when we called again about it, they lied and said the hotel doens't use AC this time of. year. I own a business and this was just weird. I would love a refund for this room! I write public reviews cause aI rely on them myself and read them. Thank you.

A wonderful experience! Entering the hotel feels like stepping into a 1940s Hollywood Movie set in Manhattan. I felt like Humphrey Bogart, and I could imagine Rita Hayworth bumping into me in the elevator. The room was immaculate with an art deco design fused with the peaceful beauty of Central Park and splashed with all the right modern touches. Everyone in the hotel, from the front desk to the doorman to the gentleman who made my morning cup of coffee had a warm demeanor that clearly expressed their appreciation of the customer. The hotel was just steps from Central Park and a short walk to Broadway. If you are going to stay in NYC and are looking for an upscale experience, don't waste your time looking at the bigger name hotels, the Park Lane is just perfect.

For us, this is the best & most welcoming hotel in NYC. We arrived in NYC at night & were let down by another hotel. We walked into Park Lane & requested a room at 9:30pm. We had stayed here before & knew the hotel was great. Ryan & Eric immediately reassured us they would find us a room, despite the hotel being very full. Fifteen minutes later we were relaxing in a beautiful room. The staff here are great. The rooms are beautiful, & nothing is too much trouble. Ryan & Eric, you are a credit to the hotel. Thank you for taking care of us when we were tired & had nowhere to stay.

We have a great stay here. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had a wonderful view of Central Park. The staff was great, we had nothing to complain about. Definetly recommend this hotel.
