Eloise for three
Amazing! Shalim and staff were super friendly and so patient with our kids. We stayed at the Eloise suite which was absolutely gorgeous. At high tea they brought out post cards and told our three girls the story of Eloise. We live on 56th street and so happy we came for our staycation! Definitely coming back!

History and luxury, we loved it!
The Plaza is truly breathtaking and one-of-a-kind experience in NYC! Our experience was remarkable. A valuable tip is to reserve through a Accor STEP Preferred partner (we suggest Phelipe Cardoso Sekai from FORA Travel), who delivered outstanding service, ensuring we received excellent upgrade, complimentary breakfast and dining credit! We intend to use Phelipe's services for all our future journeys now. At the Plaza our accommodation was in a Terrace king Room, it's a very unique floorplan with a furnished terrace you never see in other Manhattan hotels. An unexpected delight was the extraordinary breakfast at Palm Court. The hotel is maintained in pristine condition. In summary, this hotel is exceptional and comes with our highest recommendation.

Positive! Delicious!
We went for my daughter’s birthday and enjoyed the tea brunch. Our waiter, Shalim, was so welcoming and kind and made the experience so fun for all of us especially my daughter who had several (ahem!) requests. Lol! We can’t wait to do it again. A memory we will never forget! Highly recommend!
