We had fantastic customer service. The food was great, the housekeeping team was fantastic, and concierge services never disappointed when we needed any assistance. We will definitely will stay here again.

We visit New York 2-3 times a year and resist the temptation to stay at the same place or in the same area every time. There is so much to see and do. We tried the Quin this time. For a good mid priced option in midtown it's very good. The staff was very attentive and friendly, obviously have had excellent training. Our room was large enough, we spend a lot of time out of the room while in the city, so a larger room isn't that important to us. Good bedding and towels, great showers, nice comfortable sleeping. The fitness center was superb and has everything necessary to stretch and exercise. An adjacent restaurant, the Wayfarer, is very cool, and provides the in room dining also. Close to subways also and five minutes to Central Park and great shopping. One criticism, I think the carpet in some of the public areas (8th floor) could be freshened up a bit. They also had a strange air machine blowing a scent at the elevator. Those were minor but enough to not get five stars from us. I think the Quin is a nice spot, I would stay there again. Give it a try.

It was a nice 9 nights staying st the Quin! Friendly late checked in, warm welcome from door men, kind and helpful counter ladies! Super sweet chocolate cake a day before my son's cello performance at Carnegie hall, what a surprise! Thank you!

The Quin hotel is an amazing place to stay in NYC. The location is perfect, very close to Central Park and all the main attractions. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was kind and helpful all the way. Highly recommended!

The staff here bends over backwards to make NYC fun and not intimidating. We've stayed here 4 times in the past year and they have been consistently welcoming and fun. Theyve helped us with optometry issues (contacts) restaurant reservations and movie tickets. The rooms are lovely and the value for what you pay is spot on. This is in my top 3 favorite places to stay worldwide. I spent 15 years as a management consultant for large law firms and this place "feels" incredibly well run. I would live here and be happy! Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is also very nice.
