ROOMS: good sized rooms with a stylish interior. Very comfortable bed, desk, big TV. Every room is equipped with a coffee machine (complimentary coffee/tea and water in the room are provided), big safe, bathrobes and slippers, bathroom necessities. Please be advised that Studio king deluxe plus room could be different from the photos: on websites they post corner room with two windows while in reality there are rooms with only one simple looking window. I advise hotel to make it clear during booking process to avoid guests’ confusion and disappointment. LOCATION: very centric! The nearest metro station is next to the hotel, just two blocks away to Central Park, close to 5th avenue and Broadway. FACILITIES: fast Wii-fi, gym 24h - good free weights and necessary training machines are available, ice machine, water refill machine STAFF: polite and helpful.

We stayed three nights here in a premier one bedroom suite. The room was excellent with lots of windows and plenty of space. Having one and a half baths was a bonus. The bed and linen were comfortable. What’s more, the staff was outstanding. They were helpful and friendly, always happy to assist. The only slight negative was hearing the upstairs neighbors who seemed to have a child running around constantly. But that wouldn’t keep us from staying here the next time we are in NYC.

The location is perfect for walking to Broadway, the park, Carnegie Hall and Rockefeller Center. The front desk and valet staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a super job. Hilton's representative Janet is a wonderful brand ambassador! Small comfortable lobby. The room was spacious enough and equipped with all necessities, like robes, slippers, mini fridge and coffee. Bathroom a bit small. I did feel like the a/c did what it wanted and stayed the same temperature regardless of setting. The pillows , not foam, were not my style and did cause three sleepless nights. The mattress was also too hard in my opinion. Of course, everyone has their own tastes. Would stay here again, but may bring a pillow!
