The Surrey, A Corinthia Hotel

Our stay at The Surrey in NYC was exceptional, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Miguel and Julio, the bellboys. From the moment we arrived, they set the tone with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They were not only incredibly efficient with our luggage, but also proactive, attentive, and sincerely kind. In a city as fast-paced as New York, their calm, welcoming presence immediately made us feel at home. Miguel went out of his way to ensure everything was perfectly handled upon arrival, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure we were comfortably settled. Julio was equally impressive — detail-oriented, courteous, and always ready with a smile. Both of them consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to encounter service that feels both polished and personal, but Miguel and Julio strike that balance effortlessly. They are true ambassadors of the hotel and a big reason we will absolutely return to The Surrey. If you’re staying here, you’re in excellent hands.

Amazing hotel! Amazing features! The lounge was superior. The food was incredible. The rooms were fantastic. I could not ask for a better hotel to stay in during my New York City adventure.

From the moment I approached the front doors, I was greeted warmly. They opened the doors and I felt like I was walking into something exclusive. The hotel is cozy and gorgeous. It’s easy to overlook the details, but I noticed the well appointed furniture and the custom handmade chandeliers. I didn’t get a chance to eat at Casa Tua, their on-site restaurant, but the lounge floor plan was great for entertaining my business colleagues. The room was spacious for New York and very comfortable. I’ve stayed a lot of hotels in NYC, but this one feels like home. I’ll be back to try the restaurant, gym, and possibly the spa.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. All the staff were amazing. They were very attentive and took care of our every need. If you get a chance, I highly recommend staying at Surrey. One of the best Hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! Thank You !!!
