The Surrey, A Corinthia Hotel

Julio Morales is the best! Best part of staying at the Surrey is seeing him every morning!

Everything at Surrey was absolutely incredible from the design and architecture of the hotel to the cleanliness and amenities, it could not have been a more gorgeous experience, but what really made it was the people from the second we checked in, Julio insured that every need was met and always thought two steps ahead, helping us arrange transportation, and ensure we felt comfortable every step of the way. He was a smiling face and a bright light. Every time we came came down to the lobby thank you Julio for making it an exceptional experience. We can’t wait to come back.

We stay on the upper west side whenever we go into the city. This is now our go-to hotel. The Surrey was the most pleasant experience we’ve had in a long time. The staff and customer service is by far the best. We live it’s understated luxury that doesn’t feel overwhelming or stuffy. I have to make special mention to Julio Morales who is an absolute gem at this hotel. His energy is amazing! He put a smile on our face and made our stay even more special. I have been meaning to write a review since we stayed there Aug 1-3 with our service dog Charley. Just before our departure it downpoured and he saw me running back with my drenched golden retriever in tow. He quickly got me an umbrella, then went inside and assembled a bag of towels for us to dry my golden and to keep in the car on our way to our next destination. Such a lovely person! Would definitely return to the Surrey! ☺️

Everyone here is fabulous! I love it here! The people are very service oriented …helpful, polite, engaging. Truly delightful experience from the moment you are greeted with the doorman, front desk, Concerige, lobby bar, restaurant, spa, room service & housekeeping! Excellent beyond

We have nothing but wonderful things about the surrey! We are greeted each day by the incredible staff and Julio is especially kind to our dog and young boys.
