Our first experience at The Surrey and my team and I were BLOWN AWAY! We visited NYC for a quick work trip from Upstate NY and could have stayed all week. The level of service is exceptional. We arrived a tad early for check in--we called the hotel (as the street The Surrey is on was blocked)--Jonathan at the front desk met us around the corner and took our car to valet from there! Our rooms were ready and were absolutely stunning! Every detail you can think of is there. As a designer, their branding is on point :). Candy bar in the lobby. Renee, William and Julio were more than fantastic and accommodating. Pure joy and smiles on their faces at all times. You can tell the staff here genuinely wants you to have an amazing experience. I love how they know the neighborhood folks and dogs walking by as well. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and the beds were the most comfortable we have slept in. We did not get a chance to hit the spa or salt room, but that is a MUST for next time. Thank you for a wonderful time and we will be back!

We had a great time. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted so kindly by Wasim Naeem and the rest of the staff. Everything was very smooth and we enjoyed our stay very much. Location is very convenient. Room was very comfortable and clean. Very cool ambiance. Everyone was very nice and tried to make sure we were having fun.

Hotel and staff were totally awesome. Had 3 rooms for a weekend stay in NY. Had cocktails in the lounge and breakfast in Casa Tua. There was no disappointment with anything. We definitely will return.
