Top notch
Had a wonderful stay at the Surrey. Danny greeted me at the door with his fun personality. Jonathan at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. The lobby looked elegant with the tree and package display for the holidays. The treat cart was a lovely touch. My room was decorated beautifully. Enjoyed the Nespresso machine in the room and the most comfortable plush bed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job with the turndown service. Such attention to detail! Thank you for making me feel so welcomed, for having such a great staff and for a truly memorable stay. You are all top notch!

Wonderful stay
Wonderful experience, hospitality at its finest. Attention to detail for guests needs and requirements are second to none. Rooms are super comfortable , roomy and luxurious. Will definitely return on our next visit to New York

Luxury stay at The Surrey
Amazing stay at The Surrey! The staff was welcoming and kindly introduced me to the history of the hotel. We enjoyed a quiet stay near lots of shopping and places to eat, including Casa Tua. The interior of rooms were spacious and well -appointed. The room was a cozy haven after a long day. Highly recommend The Surrey!
