Great stay
Awesome hotel. Best neighborhood in New York City. Close to shopping and museums. Helpful staff and impeccable service. Great restaurant, food is delicious and good wine list. Strongly recommend.

Just Wonderful!!
What a wonderful and recently refurbished boutique hotel in the best part of NYC! We felt welcome and pampered from the moment we walked in. The rooms are beautiful, service just great, and staff just first class. Don’t miss it if you’re headed to the city.

Very good Hotel
This is an amazing hotel - the staff cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and the facilities are excellent. The reception staff especially are very good, i will be staying again for sure

Best new Hotel in NYC ... The Surrey knows how it's done !
I recently have had two multi night stays at The Surrey NYC. Without hesitation, I can confirm it is true 5 Star, first class all the way. The several years of renovations is more of a complete rebuild. The materials used, the interior decoration and design elements are all top tier. It is absolutely stunning and from what I saw, the hotel housekeeping team is determined to keep it that way. These are all important attributes for a fine hotel, however what really separates the hotel from its competitors is the good old fashion impeccable level of service and hospitality they deliver to their guests. Every touch point I had with staff was best in class. The Food & Beverage offering with Casa Tua was fantastic each and every time. Bottom line, it does not get any better than this hotel. Thank you The Surrey Team, you are the best !

An Excellent Hotel
An elegant upscale hotel with beautiful rooms and attentive staff . Every staff member went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable , creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere . The location is excellent - close to shopping, art museums and Central Park . As an experienced traveler, I can truly say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in .
