Beautiful hotel with the utmost hospitality. Everyone in every capacity was friendly and attentive. Facility was superb, location was perfect, and gym amenities were top notch. Highly recommend.

This was our 4th time staying at the hotel and it's always so beautiful, comfortable and accommodating! This year Clara at the hotel went above and beyond and made our stay absolutely unforgettable!

Towers at Lotte is amazing
My family spent 3 nights at the Towers just after New Years. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff is incredible (Clara at the front desk is phenomenal) and the location is unbeatable. We will be back!

Excellent customer service from Caroline
I would like to make sure Caroline at the front desk is commended for her service. Somehow our room was not what we reserved. She did everything possible to make it up for us. Very gracious and professional in a tough tricky situation. Even though we didn’t get our original room she made sure we were compensated and made the best out of it. Thank you again Caroline and lottee staff
