A wonderful hotel in a great location
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. The views of St. Patrick’s cathedral are great. And the staff are warm and helpful. A special shout out to Clara and Melody on the front desk.

The Lotte towers is an amazing hotel with the best staff. Carole and her team were so helpful figuring out my room and will def return bc of the hospitality!!! Totally worth it!

Despite all the hotel options in NYC, we continue to come back to the Lotte NY Palace! We love the location, rooms, and amenities. We are always treated in such a special way upon our arrival and I cannot say enough about Rebecca at the Towers front desk! She is so welcoming, professional and kind, and definitely plays a large role in our hotel decision.

Had a lovely stay at the towers with my wife. The receptionist, Clara, welcomed us and made us feel at home. Extremely nice room and conveniently located in the city.
