Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Our stay at the Lotte New York Palace was absolutely outstanding. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located in the heart of Manhattan. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you goes to Rebecca and Clara at the front desk. They were exceptionally kind, welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with every request truly made our experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make us feel valued and comfortable, which reflects very highly on the hotel. The combination of luxury accommodations, outstanding service, and the personal care provided by Rebecca and Clara made this a memorable visit. We would highly recommend the New York Palace Hotel to anyone visiting New York City and look forward to returning again in the future.

Beautiful hotel, feels very luxurious and reception staff were very helpful - Clara quickly resolved our room not being ready on arrival and even ensured we had a room with a view of the cathedral! Would highly recommend

Fabulous hotel and location, with amazing staff! Clara at The Towers reception went above and beyond for us - when our room was running slightly late, she ensured we got a ‘ room with the view’ of the cathedrals. Clara also welcomed us by name every day of our stay too!
