Reviews for The Towers at Lotte New York Palace
My daughter and myself so enjoyed NYC again during our 10 day trip there last week for Broadway shows, the eateries, the shopping etc. Definitely made all the more comfortable due to staying in this lovely, wonderful hotel with the cherry on top of this cake, so to speak, were the folks who looked after us. We had a large room in the aptly named Towers of the hotel being on 45th floor over looking our neighbours St. Patrick's Cathedral and Saks fifth avenue. Having stayed at this superb place last year, we knew after a long journey from UK, we would be in good hands in a so comfortable hotel to relax, even in the hustle and bustle of NYC. Yes, the rooms were terrifically well serviced, yes the location is so conveniently central in Manhattan. Above all, it's the folks who look after you, my teenage daughter and myself just felt at home. Not just polite but homely and accommodating. Upon arrival and check in, we were already welcomed by a so friendly familiar face who recognised us immediately, so at ease and comfortable already. Another fine, lovely lady, Clara Law so attentive with our needs to and in our room. Jimmy Azbite was remarkable to know what we really wanted and so helped to explore beyond NYC by arranging a car that just ticked the boxes and more. Kal Naim certainly knows restaurants, he so suggested and reserved a sublime Italian restaurant near to the hotel that had our senses praising the experience for a very long time. I stay in luxury hotels in Paris, Rome, Hong Kong and many more and so many are just good and polite, but not at The Towers Lotte Palace New York. The folks at this hotel defines The Service in Hotel and much more.
What's not to love. An amazing room, great location and fantastic staff. Everything was outstanding and special thanks to the front desk and front office. The towers is very special and have one at rarities you won't forget it!
Stayed here 3 times now and from the moment you step through the doors, it's all smiles. The staff is happy to have you there for a night or a few days. The concierge is happy to go the extra mile to ensure your stay in the hotel and the city is most enjoyable. NYC landmarks are just a few steps away all while being able to escape the madness of Time Square. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and the bathrooms are straight out of an actual palace. If you're coming with a little princess, check out the princess package as well :) Lastly, do wake up early to spoil yourself for breakfast at Villard!

This is our 3rd visit to this iconic hotel and it is just as perfect as the last 2! The service is fabulous! The room are amazing and the location is absolutely perfect! Steps away from everything and yet quiet and elegant inside. Having stayed at many hotels in the city, this is now our favorite! Thank you Asaad Dahad for making this stay absolutely perfect for us! See you again next month!

This was my first experience at the Towers and I enjoyed the room calm, especially when you escape from the frienzy and noise while crisscrossing throughout the city. Turn-down service can be occasionaly missing but the big picture remains overwhelmingly positive. Romms size is big and the view from the 52nd fl is great. Breakfast buffet is acceptable but not especially innovative. All in all a positive experience which comes at a price
