Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

I had a wonderful stay at The Lotte New York Palace. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and has a great atmosphere. The location is excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank-you to Anna-Marie for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and she went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Her hospitality really stood out and made a great experience even better. I would definitely recommend The Lotte New York Palace to anyone visiting New York City. I look forward to staying here again!

This is my first stay at Lotte Towers and it is a great way. Perfect location, so close to everything, including my office, and the view is great. Rebecca went out of her way to help with the stay and provide information on all that is happening during my stay.
