Carol at Lotte New York Palace was outstanding. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and kindness, and made a great impression. If you call the front desk, definitely ask for Carol—she provides excellent service and represents the hotel so well.!

The BEST!
We are having the BEST hotel experience. Checked in yesterday and staying for a few days. Anna Marie in the Towers reception greeted us warmly, had engaging conversation and treated us with the utmost customer service. She is an excellent first impression of the hotel!

Elegant Hotel and First Class Service!
Our stay at the Lotte New York Palace Towers was absolutely spectacular. The property itself is stunningly beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. We want to extend a special thank you to Clara at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She took extra care to make our 5-year-old daughter feel special, which truly made our trip. Flawless service, a gorgeous atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. We cannot wait to return!
