Towers Front Desk Team are Amazing!
We stayed at the Towers and were greeted by Anna Marie and Rebecca who were absolutely amazing. They checked us in, took great care of explaining how the Towers experience is and also were super sweet to our children. It is a great hotel for a family of 4 to spend summer vacation. Location is perfect, close to everything and the staff is amazing. Make sure to ask for Anna Marie and Rebecca next time you check into the Towers at Lotte New York Palace Hotel !

Beautiful hotel with great service
This place is stunning! The art all throughout the lobby was beautiful and well curated. Special mention to Rebecca at the desk - she couldn’t be more helpful and her warmth helped make this stay a memorable one. Would stay here again.

Exceptional service
Towers at Lotte is an exceptional hotel. The staff treat you like royalty. Especially, Rebecca at the towers. I followed her from the Waldorf Astoria to the Towers. She goes above and beyond to ensure I have an amazing stay. She truly takes great care. Love Cedrick salon and Ila Spa are in the hotel.

Wonderful Stay Thanks to Clara!
We had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, and everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Clara, who was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made our experience even more memorable. Amazing Stay in NYC
I always love staying at The Towers of Lotte in New York. Live it that it's located in the middle of the city close to everything. People working there are always welcoming and warm. Rebecca at the Towers desk is always so helpful and gracious , always goes out of her way to help us on what we need. Housekeeping people are amazing, room service and other services are very quick . I am willing to stay at the towers of latte every time I'll be in New York...
