Outstanding Stay and Experience
My family and arrived a few nights ago and are sadly set to depart tomorrow. We have stayed a several different hotels throughout the city over the years. However, this is our first experience at the Towers at Lotte, and we have been thoroughly impressed. At check-in, we met Clara who took such great care of us. She went above and beyond to ensure that our room was terrific. The best part about the hotel and their hospitality was reinforced during our stay as we saw Clara and other team members during the whole stay, each day, who became a great part of the whole stay. They would continually ask if we were enjoying our time at the hotel and if there was anything they could do for us. It was very genuine. Our room and view of the city were outstanding - the best we’ve ever had. My family already can’t wait until our next trip to the city. One thing will already be settled for that trip, we will be staying at the Towers and will look forward to seeing Clara and the rest of the team.

Amazing views but even better Service!
Everything about our experience at The Towers at the Lotte New York Palace was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were spacious and beautiful with an amazing view towards St Patrick’s cathedral. Clara who checked us in was so kind and patient while our kids were running around the lobby. From there we had great encounters each morning with Anna Marie who was so sweet to our children and us while asking how our day was throughout our stay. Can’t wait to come back!!

The Lotte Palace feels like home
Beautiful time, beautiful hotel, beautiful people. I arrived at the towers and Clara checked me in and was so gracious and kind. She took such care making sure I was comfortable and she continued to take care of me throughout my stay. She is such a lovely lady! I love the palace and have been a guest for 20 years. My favorite place to stay.

Close, Convenient, Quiet
Had a great Check in experience with Clara. Our flights - three of them - were screwed up and she got everything worked out efficiently. The venue is great and the location is awesome - E train 1 block North - Grand Central LIRR one block South. Gym and spa over look St. Patrick’s and a block from Rockefeller Center but QUIET
