A dreamy getaway

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and restful stay in a prime location. Lilian and Christian have been great and nice. I will stay here again.

Amazing Stay at the Lotte!
I had the best experience at the Lotte! The room was fantastic and the service was truly unmatched. This was my first stay and I can say Lillian and Christian made my stay feel so special! Their kindness and service made me love this trip so much more.

Stay of our dreams!
Me and my families stay here was tremendous!! Such welcoming and nice staff the hospitality was unmatched, Christian and Lillian were amazing front desk staff and helped us with all of our needs I would never wanna stay anywhere else! We will be back.
