Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

I always love staying at The Towers of Lotte in New York. Live it that it's located in the middle of the city close to everything. People working there are always welcoming and warm. Rebecca at the Towers desk is always so helpful and gracious , always goes out of her way to help us on what we need. Housekeeping people are amazing, room service and other services are very quick . I am willing to stay at the towers of latte every time I'll be in New York...

Perfect location business and tourist, a pleasant atmosphere, rooms are so generous space , the value is a suite compared to the luxury hotel, the rooms are clean smell clean and most of all Rebecca on the front she’s so accommodating from checking in to check out and her contagious smile I her give 5 stars

The Towers at Lotte New York Palace gave my family and I a vacation we will never forget. We enjoyed the view from our luxurious suite, excitedly pointing out the areas of the city that we had visited earlier in the day and the places we hoped to visit during the remainder of our stay. The windows gave us an incredible vantage point of the city; and whether we were relaxing on the sofa, unwinding at the dining area, or lying down in bed, the view of the city and the comfort of our accommodations made us feel like we were floating in the clouds! This amazing hotel is conveniently located right next to historic St. Patrick’s Cathedral, with Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall just a short walk away. We absolutely loved being able to unwind at the Summer Bar to enjoy a drink and take in the World Cup. I’d like to especially thank Rebecca Villaseñor for making our stay incredible. We felt right at home the moment she greeted us, and she truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We will undoubtedly return and look forward to working with her again.

I have visited many different countries, and this was my very first trip to New York City. After spending time walking along 5th Avenue, exploring Central Park, gallivanting around Rockefeller center, and enjoying food at the nearby eateries, it couldn’t get any better than staying at The Towers at Lotte New York Palace. Rebecca’s hospitality and commitment to excellent service made this a vacation I will never forget! Our suite was spacious, cozy, and provided a breathtaking view of the city. Upon Rebecca’s recommendation, we chose from a great selection of coffee and pastries at Pomme Palais and took in the scenery of the Manhattan skyline just after sunrise. When we return to New York, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Towers at Lotte New York Palace in January while celebrating my birthday in New York City, and it was an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to Rebecca Villaseñor at the front desk for her warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional service. She made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. I'd also like to recognize Sala, the Maybach driver. We had one ride with him, and he was courteous, professional, and made the experience truly special. The accommodations, Towers Lounge, and overall hospitality were outstanding. I highly recommend The Towers at Lotte New York Palace and can't wait to return. — Riz V
