The Towers at Lotte New York Palace in New York City, New York

A hotel-within-a-hotel in Midtown Manhattan, The Towers at Lotte New York Palace is a luxurious hotel housed on the top 14 floors of Lotte New York Palace building. A Madison Avenue institution built by a well-known railroad financier in 1882, the private mansion was modeled after the Palazzo della Cancelleria in Rome. Guest accommodations range from executive suites, one-bedroom suites, and grand triplex apartments all with breathtaking skyline views of some of the city’s historical landmarks, including Rockefeller Center, the eye-catching General Electric Building, the Empire State Building and St. Patrick's Cathedral. After a 2013 renovation, the hotel melds modern touches into classically styled rooms, and meticulous attention to detail is evident to even the most discerning traveler. The hotel's guests enjoy lavish amenities including butler service, an exclusive private lobby and dedicated concierge.

With an excellent Midtown location right by famed Fifth Avenue, guests can enjoy shops and landmarks as well as venture around the city and take in the sites, all within steps of the hotel's doors. Order a grand breakfast to be delivered to your suite as you watch the sun rise over the East River. Call on the house car, a Mercedes GL350 or a Maybach, to chauffeur you to shopping destinations across Midtown. Among New York City’s best places to celebrate and entertain in sophisticated style, The Towers at Lotte New York Palace is home to four specialty bars, who some consider as New York’s premier lounge destination.

family of 4 stayed 2 nights in the New York Palace - simply magical. if you get a chance to go during the christmas season - Go! the whole area comes alive. most rooms have a spectacular view of St Patricks Cathedral and the skyline in the back - so nice to wake up to.

I returned to the Palace for a quick one night stay, and this hotel always delivers top quality! The room was spotless, the views of NYC from our room were incredible, and the service was friendly and personable. I will not stay anywhere else in NYC!

So glad we found this hotel. Much larger than normal rooms. Great for our family of four. Very clean and quiet as well. Package came with b/fast for two that has decent food but fair service. Would definately stay at hotel again but maybe skip b/fast package.

We went to The Towers at the Lotte New York Palace a few weeks back with another couple for a birthday weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty -- literally! The ladies were given crowns to wear and the gentlemen swords. The staff at the Towers Reception area were lovely and accommodating! We were welcome with champagne and wine! What a way to begin our weekend escape. Dave S, the general manager, was fantastic -- making sure everything was perfect for our weekend. The service and attention to detail were all top notch. The room was spacious, well appointed and the bed/pillows/bedding was AMAZING!! The bathroom was huge with designer toiletries! The lobby bar was comfortable with a great selection of wines and cocktails. Make sure you try the complimentary nuts they put on the bar tables but be aware addictive! The concierge was helpful making restaurant recommendations last minute and even snagging us some reservations. The location of the hotel is also a big plus -- right near all the action of Rockefeller Center and across from Saint Patrick's cathedral. There was nothing negative I could say about our experience at the Towers -- from the Valet to the Bellmen, everyone and everything was PERFECT!!!

I️ have not even checked out yet, but this property is so spectacular, I️ feel compelled to sing its praises immediately. Far and away the most luxurious property in NYC. Location: mid-town. If you are lucky, you can score a room with a view West overlooking St. Patrick’s, Rockefeller Center a block away, Central Park, Broadway, Times Square a healthy but doable walk (mile or so). Here is why to choose this hotel: the guest rooms are magnificent, spacious, well appointed, elegant, wonderful large fitness center, swank bar, gorgeous public spaces. Nothing amiss, top notch service as well. No reason to stay elsewhere!
