Fabulous family hotel - home away from home
We booked the rooms at the Lotte Towers. It's a fabulous hotel, in a perfect location. We stayed for a week and didn't want to leave. Clara on the Reception was incredibly helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. The only downside was breakfast in Villard. Food was very average but the bill was exorbitant... even on 5 star standards. Give that one a big miss. Otherwise, a perfect stay!!

Favorite NYC Hotel
We will never stay at another NYC hotel again. The location, room sizes and staff are just some of the bonuses. Everyone was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Clara at the front desk was especially helpful as well as the doormen. We will be coming back very soon.
