Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Everyone one was very nice and helpful. Our room was fantastic. Both the concierges had great suggestions. All the Towers agents were great, especially Rebecca Villasensor. She helped us figure out and use all of our AmEx perks. Really a great visit to NYC.

I had an incredible experience at the Towers at Lotte NY Palace. The service is unmatched and Clara and Doris made our visit more special than we could imagine. I can't thank them enough for all their help during a busy time in NY and for making a smooth and pleasurable experience for us. Their hospitality is unmatched. We will definitely be coming back.

Due to circumstances of the weekend, check-in was a little bit of a challenge. Rebecca at the reception in the towers made magic happen. She was relentless and making sure that we were pleased with our accommodation and we were thank you Rebecca for going the extra mile.

We had such a wonderful stay here for a girls’ trip! From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt welcoming, comfortable, and effortless. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was perfect for a fun getaway, and the staff truly made the experience memorable. A special shoutout to Karl at Concierge and Frank, one of the Bell Boys, who both went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had everything we needed. Their level of service and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel so well taken care of.
