Reviews for The Towers at Lotte New York Palace
We really enjoyed our 5-night stay at the Towers at Lotte New York Palace. Our room was on the 49th floor and it was well-appointed and spacious with two queen-sized beds and plenty of floor space. The room amenities were generous with bath-sheet sized towels, white terry cloth robes, a well-stocked bar, luxury soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion from Molton Brown. Another nice feature of the room was a master control system that let you turn on/off the room lights with one button and another switch that controlled the window blinds and curtains. The staff is very professional and unobtrusive. Some are friendlier than others, but that is to be expected in a large city. For example, we had a friendly bell hop who talked baseball with my husband as he was helping us with our luggage. There was a concierge who recommended a nearby Irish pub restaurant named Connelly's which served fish and chips (which was the particular menu item we were searching for). He even called to confirm this with the restaurant before we went there. Sometimes, it's these little things that leave the lasting impression. We hope to return sometime soon.

Thanks for the free upgrade - it made staying as a family of 4 (with a teenager) so much more comfortable!!! Fab view of the Cathedral & Rockerfeller Centre. And most importantly round the corner from American Girl Place!!!! Good transport links via subway, easy to walk to 5th Avenue & Central Park or other way to Empire State & Times Square. Complimentary water bottles and Molton Brown in bathroom - lovely.

The room was big and fits all our luggage, it has a very big window and a nice view, our view was the cathedral. The location is 5/5 all the shops is in our district. The only thing I did not like is the stuff in the lobby were very very rude!
Our family loved the accommodations at the Lotte Towers and we would stay here again. We searched for Midtown hotels with large rooms and for the price compared to other upscale choices, it was the by far the most spacious and best option. Great location, wonderful views, the closet was huge, the living area was large enough for our kids to sleep on the sofa bed and for a rollaway bed as well. The concierge are super helpful. There is no warm/fuzzy here in terms of overall service but maybe that's just the NYC way.
