Great location in Midtown, hotel with good service in particular Clara who was kind and very helpful!. Fourth time we stayed there in the last 4 years and will do so again.

The Towers Lotte New York Palace was fantastic. Service and accommodations were top notch. My family and I were so happy with the Lotte and wholeheartedly recommend it. We were especially fond of Clara at the front desk who went above and beyond for us. She made sure we always had ice and was incredibly kind.

Best Trip Ever
We had an incredible stay during a family trip to NYC. The staff has been excellent since we arrived from the airport, and every interaction with every member of the team has been wonderful. We particularly want to recognize Clara and Doris for going the extra mile for us and making this the trip of a lifetime for our family. We will struggle to top this visit! Thank you to Clara, Doris, and the rest of the team at The Towers!
