First time at Lotte
We had a wonderful stay at The Towers at Lotte New York Palace. We had a 2 bedroom corner suite which was spacious, well-maintained, with fantastic views. The private check-in area and separate Towers elevator were a bonus which made the experience feel seamless. I especially want to recognize one of the hotel agents, Rebecca Villasenor , who was warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, the service, location and staff were excellent and we will return hopefully soon. S. Lahoti

Home away from home
Whenever my family and I have to visit NYC, the Lotte Palace has always been one of our favorite hotels to stay at. We usually stay in the towers and we have always had amazing rooms. The hotel is clean, has full amenities (including a salon), has an historic bar with great drinks, and I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful staff. Clara was the receptionist that checked us in on this specific trip and she is the embodiment of helpfulness and kindness. She made the check in procedure fast and was beyond friendly the entire time. She even took the time to find us an upgrade! When I went down later, she remembered my name and greeted me with a big smile. The one thing I can say about the Lotte Palace is that the staff truly make you feel like you are staying at a home away from home.

Only place I will ever stay in NYC
Accommodations and service at the Lotte Place Towers are Excellent . It’s the only place I would stay. Rebecca at reception never forgets and makes sure all your needs and then some are met! Beautiful place ( especially at Christmas) , Wonderful food , great location!!!! Highly recommend!!
