Reviews for The Towers at Lotte New York Palace
We went here for our first anniversary. The director of the front of the house found out it was our anniversary. He wanted to do something nice for us and whispered a suggestion to me that I take my wife to grab a bite to eat because he had a surprise for us. When we came back he had upgraded us, and made sure our evening was memorable. We will be back very soon!

I thought after the first days debacle that my husband and I were home free! Nope. After a wonderful day in the city and a delicious dinner and whatever maybe a little tv to enjoy would be okay...nopeš I am now waiting for someone to come and give me some signal. The staff is on the whole, very nice and generally helpful. Just not timely. Oh yes, yesterday only one of two elevators in the tower were working . So we waited on line! Then someone felt badly so he let us up on the employee elevator! Disappointed!
To whom it may concern: My friend and I stayed in the King Corner Suite in the Towers on January 22-24th last month. The service met and exceeded my expectations. Upon check in, every single thing I requested was there, and ready for our arrival after traveling all day. The room was impeccably clean and the butler service was top notch. Everyone from the check in, to the doormen were pleasant and personable. The spa was also very nice, accommodating last minute changes. This was our second visit to this luxury hotel and we will definitely return. You made our stay on to remember and have guests for life as far as I am concerned! We travel to see Broadway shows and for quick two day trips from our busy lives. This was the perfect respite and we can not thank all of you enough for your amazing service!

Love the feel and service in this hotel. We stayed here for four nights in mid February. We saw Come from Away, went to Ground Zero,Times Square, dined at Daniel and The Lamb Club etc. The food here at the hotel was as good as anywhere....especially the Billionaires Bacon!

if the towers was four star hotel, it would get four stars from me. Its . but it isnt. its priced as five start hotel and there in it falls a little short. dont get me wrong, its a good hotel. but there are 5 star hotels in new york like the four seasons or Trump Soho which are great hotels. if you need to be on the east side and they are offer a price that is comparable to the East Side Marriott then stay there. But if they are asking for a premium then stay at the Marriott (or better yet the Kimberley) and go buy a steak with the savings.
