Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

We had a great long weekend in NYC at the New York Palace Towers. The service was top notch and the staff at the Towers desk was wonderful. Norma, Rebecca and Clara were so friendly and helpful. They had great recommendations, always had time to answer questions and were so thoughtful, even when they had multiple things going on. They make your stay worthwhile.

Kal was incredibly attentive and efficient, always making sure everything was taken care of seamlessly. Norma was warm, professional, and genuinely kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Clara was consistently helpful and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. Anass went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, demonstrating outstanding hospitality and care. Not to forget Salah, the amazing hotel chauffeur who was always ready. Their combined efforts made the stay feel personalized and memorable, not just routine. It’s clear that this hotel values service excellence and teamwork. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a genuinely positive experience. I look forward to staying here again.
