Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Perfect location, great room, amazing shower, delicious food! The staff was top notch. Shout out to Clara and Norma at the reception desk.

This was my 3rd time staying at the Lotte NY Palace (in the Towers this time) and everything was great! It’s in an ideal location in midtown, our room was spacious and clean, and the customer service was excellent! Rebecca at the front desk was particularly welcoming and wonderful. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

My stay at Lotte is always so nice. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms in the Tower where we always stay are incredibly big & spacious with amazing views of the city. It’s always clean and peaceful. The staff from the doormen to the front desk staff are always so professional and welcoming. This trip I dealt with Clara whose spirit is incredible. She made my stay that much more enjoyable because she is amazing. Thank you Clara, thank you to the wonderful doormen and bellmen who together make for a very special stay in a busy city. We are currently staying at The Lotte New York Palace Towers. I wanted to write a review mentioning some people that gave exemplary service while we are here at the hotel. After check-in we came to our room. We had a King room connecting to a King suite for the children. Strangely enough, when we opened up the kids room, the room was still occupied with clothing, suitcases in the room and a passport on the table. Our very nice bellman, Salem, worked with the manager to make sure that we received another room for the inconvenience this had caused us. Salem was fantastic! Not only did he help us get another room, (took less than a hour) but he was able to negotiate with the Manager, Anass, a room in The Towers on the 48th floor, which was tremendously beautiful. Our new room was an upgrade from our previously assigned room.We looked out over St. Patrick’s Cathedral on the 48th floor and the view was beautiful especially with the snow flurries coming down. That night we needed a rollaway bed for one of the kids, and our room attendant, Sheinahdiah, worked with housekeeping to make sure we got the rollaway bed for the kids, she was so kind and helpful! Not only did she help us secure the rollaway bed for the kids, but also brought a wonderful goodie basket filled with lotions, chocolates and extra bathroom toiletries, what a blessing! She is so kind and an asset to the hotel. The following day we needed to change rooms because we were not “connecting with the children”, Clara in reception was fantastic making sure that our room was switched to connect with the children. But above anybody else in the hotel was the manager, Anass. He was extremely professional and very accommodating and making sure that our needs were met while staying at this beautiful property. The hotel stay has been wonderful, especially while celebrating my birthday here in New York City with my husband and our three children (17, 15, 12). We would definitely recommend this property to anybody coming to visit New York City. It has a wonderful location in Midtown, close to St. Patrick’s, Rockefeller Center, NBC Studios and everything on 5th Avenue, but the people that are working here really go above and beyond to make sure that the hotel guests are properly taken care of. My experience at the Lotte Towers was nothing short of fabulous. This is in Light of the fact that I was recovering from a double spinal fusion at HSS, which doesn’t put one in a terrific mood! First of all, Lillian at the front desk is an absolute gift to humankind. She is creative, thoughtful, resourceful, and super caring. She left no detail unattended to! I am so grateful. Secondly, Clara at the Towers did an incredible job day today. Thank you to the Lotte Towers management and to the amazing staff that worked there for taking such good care of me! I travel here for business on a regular basis and will continue to do so as I tell everybody about the gifts that you bring!
