Home in NYC
Love the warmth of all the many staff members that have been here over 25 years! Clara greeted us with a smiling "welcome back". We have stayed in the Towers many nights over many years. We feel like it's home for us in NYC. Great people and a great location.

Despite all the hotel options in NYC, we continue to come back to the Lotte NY Palace! We love the location, rooms, and amenities. We are always treated in such a special way upon our arrival and I cannot say enough about Rebecca at the Towers front desk! She is so welcoming, professional and kind, and definitely plays a large role in our hotel decision.

Had a lovely stay at the towers with my wife. The receptionist, Clara, welcomed us and made us feel at home. Extremely nice room and conveniently located in the city.

Wedding Weekend at the Lotte
We stayed at the Lotte during our wedding weekend. The Towers Service Agent, Norma Tabora, was wonderful, helped us as we handled the insanity of our last-minute wedding preparation , and made the Lotte feel like home. The views were incredible, the room was spacious, and the whole building was pristine. I cannot recommend the Lotte enough!
