Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Had a fabulous stay @ The Towers- All started well thanks to Rebecca V. at check-in, where she greeted us and welcomed us for the first time by offering a great upgrade to a fabulous suite. Very friendly, professional and helpful! Also had great experience and a world class massage with Blanca who really fixed all my aches and pains! Thx to all for a great stay-

The Lotte New York Palace was wonderful. The corner suite was extremely spacious and allowed the family to work as well as rest. The location was terrific. The best part of the stay was the service and Rebecca Villasenor was excellent.

Every visit we have at the Towers is special for our family! Our children have their own traditions whenever we’re in the city, and they know it all begins at the Palace. Rebecca V. ALWAYS starts our stay with a smile & service that goes above and beyond. She genuinely cares about making every visit memorable, & it shows. She remembers us, makes us feel welcome, and treats our family like valued guests. We always feel safe, cared for, and truly at home from the moment we arrive. The warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality are a huge part of why we continue coming back year after year. The Towers has become a special place for our family, and every stay reminds us why.

We stayed in the Tower at Lotte for 6 nights, had excellent and personal service by both Rebecca and Clara over the July 4th holiday week. We had an upgraded suite which had an air conditioning leak, and they immediately upgraded us to an even larger suite on a high floor! The hotel location was very convenient for sightseeing and museums. Our adult children enjoyed the Palace part, lower floor, a smaller room but nice view, and they also really had a nice time! We stayed at the Towers and were greeted by Anna Marie and Rebecca who were absolutely amazing. They checked us in, took great care of explaining how the Towers experience is and also were super sweet to our children. It is a great hotel for a family of 4 to spend summer vacation. Location is perfect, close to everything and the staff is amazing. Make sure to ask for Anna Marie and Rebecca next time you check into the Towers at Lotte New York Palace Hotel !
