Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Had a lovely stay at the towers with my wife. The receptionist, Clara, welcomed us and made us feel at home. Extremely nice room and conveniently located in the city.

We stayed at the Lotte during our wedding weekend. The Towers Service Agent, Norma Tabora, was wonderful, helped us as we handled the insanity of our last-minute wedding preparation , and made the Lotte feel like home. The views were incredible, the room was spacious, and the whole building was pristine. I cannot recommend the Lotte enough!

It was my son’s first visit to NYC and the staff her - especially Rebecca V - went out of their way to make sure it was memorable and the best weekend possible! Little things like a welcome goodie bag and big things like trying to ensure we had the best view possible from our room, all added up to an experience that won’t soon be forgotten and certainly won’t be matched by any other hotel and staff!

We really enjoyed our one-week stay at the Towers in a one bedroom apt. What stands out most to me is the staff. They are all very professional, friendly, and efficient, especially Clara, Norma, and Kal at Reception, as well as Samir, Henry, and all the bellboys and the housekeeping ladies.

Was a wonderful stay. From the moment we check in with Clara. She was so kind to me and my family and did her best and made us literally feel at home! Super comfortable rooms . Plan to stay again and again whenever we come back to Gotham city!
