Amazing Stay at the Lotte!
I had the best experience at the Lotte! The room was fantastic and the service was truly unmatched. This was my first stay and I can say Lillian and Christian made my stay feel so special! Their kindness and service made me love this trip so much more.

Me and my families stay here was tremendous!! Such welcoming and nice staff the hospitality was unmatched, Christian and Lillian were amazing front desk staff and helped us with all of our needs I would never wanna stay anywhere else! We will be back.

Wonderful experience at the Palace
Anna Marie was very kind and welcoming. This was my first time being in New York and she made it very special. The palace was also a great hotel to stay at and I highly recommend others to book there.
