An Unforgettable Experience at The Towers Lotte NYC
We had experienced an absolute world class accommodation at The Towers of Lotte New York Palace! Special mention to ever gracious Rebecca at Guest Services, who made our stay very, very memorable. The room that we got was very spacious and well furnished, like out of Architectural Digest! The Palace tour she recommended, is a must for visiting guests to take advantage of, rich in history, of how it all started in the late 1800s. Rebecca also arranged for us a top of the line limousine with driver, Sala, who was very courteous and polite, and drove us to our destination on time. We loved it so much that we want to come back and stay at the Towers at Lotte New York Palace whenever we visit New York.

Excellent Hotel and Staff
We had a wonderful stay... This hotel had a very elegant vibe... The room we were in was nice and bright... Staff, mainly Rebecca at the Towers front desk would always smile and greet us by our names, which gave it a very personalized feel... The hotel is beautiful and centrally located which made going everywhere we wanted easy... Highly Recommended...

Lotte Vacation
We loved our experience at Lotte Palace. Clara at the front desk was amazing! We can’t wait to go back. The palace is very beautiful, a “European” type experience in NYC. We have stayed at Lotte in Seoul, and it’s always been an amazing place, great food and drinks.

AMAZING WEEKEND IN THE CITY
We live in Toronto but come to NYC 5-6 times a year to visit family and then extend our stay here. This is the second time staying at the Lotte Palace Towers and we will not stay anywhere else from here on. The staff is amazing and attentive, especially a shout out to Rebecca Villasenor from Guest Services who knows everything about the city and gives fabulous insights and recommendations and helped us discover some hidden gems we never knew about even after having travelled here dozens of times. The hotel is spotless and so convenient , within walking distance to just about everything, shopping, subway, theater and Times Square. In fact we walked to the theatre district twice for shows and it was faster than an Uber or cab with all the traffic congestion. Can’t wait to come back here again. Always exciting and always a great stay.
