Excellent Staff
We really enjoyed our one-week stay at the Towers in a one bedroom apt. What stands out most to me is the staff. They are all very professional, friendly, and efficient, especially Clara, Norma, and Kal at Reception, as well as Samir, Henry, and all the bellboys and the housekeeping ladies.

Was a wonderful stay. From the moment we check in with Clara. She was so kind to me and my family and did her best and made us literally feel at home! Super comfortable rooms . Plan to stay again and again whenever we come back to Gotham city!

Kal Naim the perfect Concierge at Lotte New York Palace
The Lotte New York Palace is a beautiful hotel. We had a 5 night stay here and loved every second. I have to mention Kal Naim the Concierge who is amazing, he helped me arrange, prior to our trip, for balloons and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to my daughter on her birthday at the restaurant table at breakfast the day after we arrived. My daughter had the best day, and Kal helped to make that happen. I can't thank him enough. The rooms are so clean, and very of great size. Perfect location, with very low level noise. We totally enjoyed our stay and will be back,thank you Kal and the whole team

Great location in Midtown, hotel with good service in particular Clara who was kind and very helpful!. Fourth time we stayed there in the last 4 years and will do so again.

The Towers Lotte New York Palace was fantastic. Service and accommodations were top notch. My family and I were so happy with the Lotte and wholeheartedly recommend it. We were especially fond of Clara at the front desk who went above and beyond for us. She made sure we always had ice and was incredibly kind.
