I cannot say enough wonderful things about Norma and Clara at The Towers front desk. I had an issue with the TV accidentally purchasing a movie while trying to watch a trailer. I called the front desk and was told it would be taken care of. When I returned, Clara handled it immediately — and the next morning, she remembered and made a point of telling me it had been resolved. That kind of thoughtfulness really stands out. This morning, I ran into another issue with my breakfast receipt. A 20% gratuity is automatically added, but we didn’t have the card reader to review it at the table. Norma took it upon herself to bring the restaurant manager down right away and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Even though the credit will take a few days to appear, it was absolutely no problem — the manager photographed the receipt and confirmed it would be resolved. Norma and Clara are the definition of exceptional hospitality. Attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring. They made the experience seamless and stress-free, and they deserve special recognition

We had a wonderful stay at The Towers at Lotte New York Palace and cannot recommend it enough. The location is truly unbeatable—central, elegant, and within easy walking distance to Central Park, the Theater District, Times Square, and so many iconic NYC landmarks. It made exploring the city effortless. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Upon check-in, Clara was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She went above and beyond by assisting us with early check-in and consistently addressing me by name whenever we crossed paths, always asking if we needed anything. That level of attentiveness made us feel genuinely valued. The highlight of our stay, was the concierge experience. Ani was absolutely exceptional. She thoughtfully curated a format for our trip, providing outstanding recommendations that helped us truly experience New York’s culture, community, history, and—of course—its food scene. Her insight and attention to detail transformed our visit into something truly special. Without her guidance, the trip simply would not have been the same. The Towers offer a perfect blend of luxury, service, and location. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable NYC experience.

Spacious, clean, 2-bedroom suite with great views. Rooms were not quite ready on our arrival, but we had the professional support from Clara at front desk, who worked with housekeeping to get us situated within an hour. She explained about some benefits offered through our AmEx booking, and helped make our stay comfortable in other ways … I appreciated her guest-friendly focus.
