I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude regarding our recent stay at the Lotte Palace. My 4 year old daughter and I spent three nights in the towers and booked the little royals package. We almost had to cancel due to hurricane Irma, as we are from Florida and had to leave our home a week earlier. I was determined not to cancel because my little girl was so excited. Instead I called and added a night and we were able to stay in the towers. I spoke with Jairis, the concierge, and I cannot begin to tell you how kind and warm and helpful she was to me. She went above and beyond to make our stay extra special and make sure my little girl felt like a real princess. We also came into contact with Miles, a young gentleman I believe in guest services, and he was another star! He heard our story and made sure we had everything we needed and some extra treats to make things extra special. He even helped us get to a car yesterday with all the UN craziness happening at the hotel. He's a real asset to your hotel. Louis at the door treated my daughter Ella like a real princess and she absolutely loved him! He was very helpful to us during our stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience- my little princess and this mama are eternally grateful! I highly recommend this hotel! Sincerely, Megan

A few weeks ago, I wrote about bad experience in the New York Palace. During the same trip, I returned to NYC and booked a room in the Towers, the upper floors of the hotel with an independent reception and access to the rooms. I received a warm welcome from the reception staff, concierge were really helpful, and service from bellmen was excellent. Room and bathroom were much wider and amenities better. While in the hotel i read the response of the General manager to my publication in Tripadvisor. I called her and soon received her personal answer. I had the opportunity of transmitting her my feelings about my previous stage. In this occasion I have to congratulate management for their availability to receive the opinions of the customers.

I took my daughter to NYC when she graduated high school about 10 years ago and we both fell in love with NYC! I've been back to visit every year since then. Until this visit, I always felt the need to be right exactly on Times Square. This time I decided to try somewhere different. This was a friends trip and we stayed at the Towers in a suite. The room, amenities and the view were awesome - we had a view of St Patrick's Cathedral and much of the city from our window and it was beautiful! We were still very close to Times Square but better positioned to be near more activities than ever before. Although I believe the hotel was full, the floor was very quiet. The comfort of the beds was heavenly too...although we didn't sleep much, the beds were so comfortable that it was easy to fall asleep quickly when we did. I felt like I could easily get to any place I wanted and it was easy to find the hotel because of the Cathedral! The hotel itself is also lovely and feels comfortable no matter what area you are in. We enjoyed the ambience of sitting in the courtyard early mornings and sometimes in the evenings. The staff was also very friendly. I wish that I had written down the names of the all the staff so that I could mention them all but unfortunately I did not. Management- just know everyone working while we were there was incredible! From the doormen to the front desk to staff we ran into in various parts of the hotel, they were just wonderful! I can't name one time when someone didn't greet us and/or have a conversation with us. If we asked for help or directions, they were more than ready to assist. The 3 people I do remember their names are Gavin, Kal and Meghan. Gavin was the first person we saw when we entered the Towers to check in. His friendliness and outgoing personality set the tone for our weekend trip. We ran into him a couple times and he went above & beyond to be sure we were having a great experience! Next was Kal. He was the concierge that we spoke with most often and you can tell he has a kind heart - loved that about him! Meghan is someone we also ran into a couple times who just felt like a friend upon meeting her! Now that I've found this wonderful hotel, I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when I continue my yearly trips to my favorite place to travel!

Perfect location! Very comfortable accomodations and truly amazing staff. Our new home away from home when visiting Manhattan. First time stay (previously booked at Waldorf Astoria) in this hotel and not disappointed with anything. Definitely a 5 star visit!

I was here for 2 nights for a business trip. The location is convenient for midtown, and the room size is very large compared with other hotels in the area. The Towers has a separate lobby within the ground floor of the Lotte Palace Hotel, so check in is very fast. I was charged for a lot of minibar items I never used, but called them and they were very fast to fix the mistake.
