Really great service.
We had an amazing service and warm hispitality especially for our children thanks to Norma. We spoke to the concierge to find out some desert places and about to leave, then she came over and asked if we needed anything else. She brought two crowns for our two sons and she even brought NY Yankees baseball caps which my sons loved. We felt really welcomed and our boys were super happy. It was our second stay at Lotte and we will definitely come back for our third stay.

Great experience
The whole experience was a great one. We must thank Christian ,the concierge for exceptional service. He advised us to go to an excellent greek restaurant called Avra and made the reservation for us. Thanks to the help provided, we had enough time to have dinner and get on time to the MET

Christian and Ani from the Concierge are great!! Very helpful and gentle! The experience itself at the Towers New York Palace is really unique. The hotel location is also a differential. Walking distance to Central Park and all major nice things

Great location and very well run hotel.
We recently stayed at the Lotte New York Palace for a trip to NYC for a week. It was really a great hotel. Aside from a nice room, with comfortable beds, the hotel staff were all really wonderful, from the Doormen, to the Bellhops, to the Housekeeping. Eveyone was so nice to our kids and super helpful. Combine all that with the location and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!
