Trump SoHo New York in New York City, New York

There is no mistaking Trump SoHo New York on downtown’s skyline. The 46-story glass tower rises high above cobblestoned Spring Street, a surprisingly smooth marriage of the neighborhood’s industrial-chic personality and The Donald’s trademark luxury. Located on the western edge of SoHo, the hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the art galleries, boutiques and historic cast-iron architecture surrounding it. At night, return for dinner reservations at Koi, the celeb-magnet Japanese fusion restaurant just off the hotel’s sweeping, dimly lit lobby.

Watch the sun rise over Midtown’s skyscrapers from the vantage point of your penthouse suite. Go for a morning jog along the Hudson River. Break for a coffee in the West Village and browse a local bookstore hidden on a quiet, tree-lined street. Don a pair of boots from a SoHo boutique and blend in with the fashion models dashing off to castings. Unwind in a Zen-inspired environment while dining on miso-bronzed black cod.

The bath tub had several obvious hairs left in the tub. The food from the in-room dining wan not got nor reasonably priced. The design and cleanliness of the hotel is was otherwise immaculate. The bells men were always kind and did there job to the best of their ability.

Lovely views but rooms are tired and have a slight licker room smell. Disappointing since this used to be a really nice hotel. Uncomfortable chairs in room that you cannot sit in. Furniture chipped. Walls marked up. Carpets need cleaning Also check your bill carefully. Lots of errors which we got corrected Spa is way overpriced for its service Overall pass it up. Stay at the Four Seasons downtown instead

When we arrived, had not paid them my reservation, so my room was denied for check in (Sunday night, tired, hungry, with family, just landed..) but they offered my a room at +35% more the price I originally paid the company they contracted with!!!..

I am not one to write reviews about anything really, but felt I had to when it came to this hotel. To be totally honest, the hotel is a very nice property that is updated and in a good location. The service is where we found it lacking tremendously. You walk into the lobby, no one offers to grab your things, and it seems like everyone is lost and doesn't know what to do. They have one concierge staffed on a Saturday and Sunday - busiest days of the week for concierges! After waiting 30 minutes to speak to the concierge for a simple question involving what are the best streets to walk on in the West Village - I left because he was "busy with another customer in the back." My wife walks into the lobby with shopping bags and we were late to dinner, she asks the bell man to take the bags up to the room, he looks at her with a dumb look on his face and tells her he cant do that but he can store them in the lobby?! the place was empty, any 5 star hotel on the planet would have no problem taking a bag up to a room...I went up and did it myself. The "business center" they advertise is a table with a computer on it (no chair) in the middle of a hallway? I cant make this stuff up.....
