Worst hotel of my life
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, it doesn’t have blackout so if you want to sleep don’t stay here I ended up having cardboard in the windows to try blocking the light from coming into the room, hairs everywhere stains in the bath. Simply horrible

Great choice in Soho
The hotel location is great, the staff really elevate the experience from the front desk to the doormen, everyone is friendly, efficient and just overall fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The elevator system is atrocious, but I do still love this hotel. Unfortunately F&B is very much sub par, the quality of food is consistently quite poor, (room service, mezzanine and El Ta’Koy,) hopefully that will be rectified with the new ownership.
