On the plus-side, fantastic views from high floors and good sized, modern rooms with big bathrooms. Of concern: Elevator wait time was out of control during peak hours. Service at Mezz was hit-and-miss with breakfast order accuracy also a lottery. Room cleanliness also not great. Overall, expected a bit more for such premium pricing.

The elevators never worked. Items were stolen from my room and I’ve had no response from any management team. Once I left the hotel. They have ignored all my requests.

The people at The Dominick were amazing. The front desk team were friendly, helpful, and caring. While the luggage attendant team were energetic, efficient, and always had smiles on their faces (as did the font desk). Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and great in-room drinks and snacks. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and towels. Would recommend The Dominick for sure! The location was central and prime with easy access all over the city.

My daughter and I shared a girls weekend and spa day at The Dominick Hotel. The staff especially the front desk receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room was very well appointed and very clean. we had a corner suite overlooking the Hudson River and One World Trade. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was well appointed with two sinks and separate bath and shower. The only problem was that the water took over 10 minutes to get warm in the shower. The spa had many special features and unusual amenities like Hamam room, Salt room, Steam room and Sauna. The treatments were great. My daughter said it was probably the best massage ever.
