Mixed bag
Great location, lovely staff, very nice rooms. But elevators can take 15 minutes at peak times, which is a deal breaker. Only 4 elevators for 40+ floors, and one was out of order. I was told that’s not unusual. Even if all 4 were working, not sure that would help much.

Not 5-star facility
Room furnishings were tired and beat up, elevators not fully functional leading to 15 minute waits at times, not what I expect at supposed 5-star hotel.

Fantastic stay
Great location. Fantastic views, and amazing staff. Yes, there can be a wait for the elevators, but for me the amazing staff far outweighs the elevator times. A special thank you to Mohendra!

Great Views, Location, and Service
Customer service of the staff was a standout. Great views and location. Only challenge was long elevator lines. Would stay again.

Great Service and Location, Dated Rooms
Great location, lovely views and staff. Large, but dated rooms. Carpets need replacing as many have mentioned. No ability to use streaming apps or even aircast to the TV, which feels like it should be standard at this point.
