Very comfortable. Great service! The hotel provides me with the level of service and accommodations I need! The Dominick is my "go to"!

Excellent location
The location is just awesome, perfect for exploring Manhattan by foot. The hotel itself is a little dated, yet very cozy and comfortable. Service is stellar. Sadly during checkin I was informed that they do not accept any kind of virtual credit cards (so forget apple pay, google pay and co) and a physical card is a must. This was a big bummer, as I do not carry physical cards on me since several years already.

Pleasant but can be better
Housekeeping was missed a couple of times , despite no DND sign. Also delayed an express laundry although offered as complementary. Asked for late checkout after an 8 day stay, got only one hour extra . Other than that, good rooms, calm and clean

Elevator wait.
The hotel was nice. Good beds and decent sized rooms. A couple of things that were not great - there is no pull off in front of the front door, that combined with construction immediately in front makes for chaos - 2) the elevators are RIDICULOUSLY slow. Plan to stand there and wait and 3) this kind of expected, but the snacks and drinks for sale in the room were highway robbery.

The Dominick always delivers! My family & I typically stay here when we visit our daughter in NY because the rooms are large & well appointed, the staff friendly and everyone including me, we just love how the hotel smells. We wanna bottle it up & take it home!
