Amazing city amazing hotel and unbelievable staff
Totally Amazing , Location perfect , staff unbelievable! We recently took a trip from Northern Ireland and on arriving we were met by Paige ! What a welcome and an amazing start to our trip ! It’s like being at home so welcoming ! Hotel is so central and the New York City pass is a must such a saving ! Food in the hotel was really good We had a family room and it was so perfect ! I have to say I can’t wait to come back it really is a fantastic city made even More great by Paige and the team at the west house hotel Thankyou

Most amazing staff ever!!
This hotel has the most superb staff of any I have ever experienced anywhere! I happened upon this hotel while in a challenging situation. Everyone went so far above and beyond to help me that I thought it necessary to post a review (which I rarely do). I am truly overwhelmed by the kindness and graciousness of the staff.

Great location, amenities, and staff!
Extremely happy to have stayed here. The views of the terrace were outstanding and the staff were beyond nice! The amenities were a huge bonus. Also, I did want to give a huge thank you for everyone who helped me so much! Thank you Erikka for being above nice to us and caring for us and making us feel like family. Definitely coming back here!

Excellent mid town choice without breaking the bank.
First off, the staff is VERY professional. Amina and the entire front desk team was accommodating and very cordial. They were honest about what they could do and could not do. That’s all I ask as someone that travels frequently. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were good. Excellent mid town choice that won’t break the bank.

Great Hotel in the Perfect Location!
The hotel staff were very accommodating and provided great service, especially Vanessa. The room was clean and the food and drink service was great. Thank you for the upgrade as well! It’s also right near Central Park and in a convenient location.
