The place is very clean, staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and heating was upto mark. The only area which I would like them to consider is making up the room. which should be twice a week instead of once a week. I will highly recommend the place to visitors for longer stays.

Excellent hotel!
I loved, loved my stay in AKA United Nations! The room is very spacious, clean and comes with furniture and appliances that made my almost two-week stay at the hotel very convenient. The staff are great! They were very hospitable, helpful and accommodating. I'd like to specially mention Dasha who was extremely helpful, friendly and jolly. She made my stay very comfortable and was always ready to answer my questions and provide me with assistance.

Outstanding mid town Gem. Superb location
The rooms, hotel staff and facilities were wonderful. Great value. Although initially booked for a month in the end it was a three month stay! The front desk in particular are super friendly, informed and helpful. This is significantly better than any where else I have stayed in Manhattan. Thanks again!

Outstanding Experience
AKA United Nations is one of the best residential suits I have stayed in. It is located at the heart of Manhattan and everywhere is accessible. Quite, causy, nicely layout and very very clean apartments and excellent services. I admire very much its highly professional, warm and welcoming staff. It is the PLACE to STAY in Manhattan and certianly will repeat the experience

Truly amazing! Gem of NYC!
This place is truly amazing! Gem of NYC at the center of Manhattan! We have been 2 weeks in the apartment of AKA United Nations and we are more than satisfied. Their staff, especially Dasha made us feel like at home and we really enjoyed! The size of the apartment, design and views are just remarkable! Really much more than you will get at other places in NYC! Gym is also state of the are, with last generation of TechnoGym equipment! This is for sure one of the best places we ever staid when traveling and we will surely be coming back! Thank you so much guys! As evidenced, here are some photos too! 😊

I was more than happy to find a pristine suite upon my late night arrival. I can't say enough about this property. The pool, gym, business center, breakfast in the morning and above all the friendliness of the staff made this the best experience traveling I have had traveling in my career!

Staying with AKA is always a pleasure. Among all amenities and services, coming from another country it is nice to have access to a large range of foreign TV channels. Most may not notice this but when English is not your native language these are the touches that make you feel at home.

Coming into the city for a night at time is easy when staying at AKA. No matter how late I may arrive, my suite is always ready and the front desk staff is always exceptional. They called a car service for me and even got me into my favorite restaurant.
