We chose this place because it looked suitable based on the pictures and reviews, and we informed the hotel that we were a couple and would be having our wedding there. We asked them to please make sure everything was appropriate and well-organized. However, there was no water, no slippers, and no amenities. We requested these things, but nothing changed. The cleanliness was also lacking; there were four pillows, but only three pillowcases were changed, and the fourth was left without one. We asked for slippers, but our request was ignored. The restaurant and the rooftop were closed, even though we had planned to use them for our wedding photos we wasted time and energy and today is our wedding and we can’t to figure out where we can do photography . We informed the reception that it was our wedding day, but nothing changed. They told us they would provide a surprise and champagne or sparkling water, but we didn't even receive that. There was a complete lack of attention. The breakfast was late, some items were unavailable, the bread was burnt, and the service was not commensurate with the amount we paid. I am truly upset; this was completely unexpected and turned my wedding day into a stressful and disorganized experience. So mad really so bad and i called the reception there’s no answer by call idk what happened and what’s wrong and what’s going on

Great rooms in an excellent location, if it weren't for a few "buts"! That you can't get a room at 7:30 a.m. ... logical! That you call at 12:15 p.m. and ask if the room might be available earlier and you get an unfriendly answer, saying that the room has just been checked out and they'll let you know ... fine. That you then get your room at 14:30 with the comment that it has been ready since 12:25 and they allegedly sent us a message... unprofessional! That they can't manage to repair the heating in the bathroom in two days... embarrassing! That you have to argue to get a corkscrew... because the bar was closed for a private party, there was nothing available... unprofessional. We're talking about £1,250 a night and service that's better at Motel 6! Very unfortunate... let's hope the other four nights will be better. I admit that the room itself gets four stars, minus points for the noisy air conditioning and the broken heating in the bathroom... it’s really cold? Hello!!!! it is wintertime! Otherwise it would have been five. The service during the first 24 hours and the first impression, which is crucial, unfortunately only merits 2 points. I was very much looking forward to this hotel and will continue to enjoy the location and size of the room, but that is not enough to warrant a return visit and I cannot recommend it at this time.

I stayed at Modernhaus Soho last week for the first time and I think it's my new favorite place! Upon checking in everyone was friendly, welcoming and very detail oriented. Our room was ready early and they gave us a list of restaurant recommendations in the area. The lobby and common areas are all pristine and well decorated. My room was one of the smaller options and yet it felt very spacious and open with a great view. Everything was spotless and anytime we asked for anything from housekeeping or the front desk it was taken care of right away. Really great customer service from everyone! The room was quiet with very comfortable bedding and a table and lounge chair/bench. Additionally the location is fantastic as you can quickly hop on the blue line or even walk to many areas (Chinatown, Tribeca, West Village) because it is so central.

Great location, staff and hotel in general. However, it's the staff that really make this a stand out hotel. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Only disappointment was that we didn't manage to get up to the Rooftop bar due to private functions being held. Maybe next time.

Was looking for a hotel with views of the halloween day parade of the vilalge. Was going with my mom to watch it. This hotel was perfect as it was right by the entrance of the Halloween parade if you want to join it. Shoutout to Mayeth of the front desk who went above and beyond. She even entertained my aunt and moms friend who went to visit us since we hear the phone ring right away. Thank you
