Set against the backdrop of SoHo’s iconic cast-iron buildings and cobblestone streets, ModernHaus is a gathering place for urban travelers—and a thoughtfully designed extension of our neighborhood’s creative and dynamic spirit. Artworks from some of the most influential figures of the past century grace our walls: Alexander Calder, George Condo, Harland Miller, Jean Dubuffet, KAWS. It’s our homage to our neighborhood’s artistic past and an inspiring canvas for a thoroughly modern stay. At ModernHaus SoHo, style and substance go hand in hand. Our museum-worthy assemblage of artworks nod to our neighborhood’s storied past, while our variety of outdoor spaces give travelers the rare opportunity to float above the frenzy of the streets. Located on our second floor is Jumpin Jacks, a chic all-day eatery that transforms into an intimate lounge at night. Set out to discover what makes SoHo one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in New York City; the city’s best shopping, dining, and cultural spots are at your doorstep. Or stay closer to home, unwinding in your residential-inspired guest room, dining at the Veranda restaurant from Michelin-starred chef George Mendes, or soaking up some sun —with a side of city views—from our rooftop pool bar, Jimmy. We believe in modern luxury that builds on the strength of the community to offer an unrivaled guest experience.

Would definitely go back! Everything was perfect, from the location to the staff and the quality of service. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

A beautiful corner room with views, clean and quite - quite roomy for a room in NY. The staff were excellent. They have hot chocolate in the foyer for when you get home at night, which was a nice touch.

Very very well located if you plan to shop and dine in SoHo. Rooms are a bit small for the price but well equipped, however the light in the room was very scarce. It lacks illumination in every corner. Sheets were old, I would suggest investing in new bed wear. Doors and general Carpentry maintenance required too

A nice hotel in the center of SoHo. Wooden floors, very nice staff. Except: booked with Amex Platinum no higher category for free was available (ok) but then if you ask for a late check out they give you 1 hour. This is not an upside - this is a joke.

Great experience with staff and room. Everything was very clean, all staff was insanely polite and outgoing. Drinks at Jumpin Jacks and JIMMY were great. Shout out to both Adam’s and Jerome at the main desk as they helped with a great experience!
